I love muchys and haven’t run into to many issues my only complaint is that the owner is incredibly rude. he’s quite dismissive and just snarky. snapped at me cause THEY were busy… so unprofessional and unfortunate.

I went in for my first time with my family the guy at the register was so rude I told him to give me a second because this was our first time at this place then I looked at the cook who happened to be putting garbage from the back outside he then came in and started to cook I was so disappointed he didn't remove he's gloves touching everything with he's dirty gloves I walked out with my family I will never go back to this place

Today we ordered a regular cheesesteak and royal flush(basically a cheesesteak with everything on it). Both cheesesteaks were drier than the Sahara desert and had little to no cheese.
