I was ecstatic to experience the Panda Express at the college, and was looking forward to eating as one does. My excitement was halted suddenly when one of the workers gave my lovely girlfriend some attitude and practiced horrible customer service. He was quite, quite rude to my girlfriend who was still deciding on what to order, as he continued to rush her and made witty but very rude comments that we did not find funny. My girlfriend suffered from an anxiety attack and had to be taken to the hospital after this exchange.

Words cannot explain what i endured on my visit. it was my first time visiting this panda express when all of a sudden I find myself on the line waiting and then when it’s my turn to order one of the workers at panda express taking my order was so extremely rude. He proceeded to scream what protein do you want and rushing me when there was no one else on the line. I was thinking of what protein i wanted because i’ve never been there and then he proceeded to rush me and tell me Hurry up i can’t read your mind. I rushed to pick the food choice and then was disappointed with my order because i was rushed and didn’t get to properly explore the food panda express had to offer. Please tell your employees to treat students nicely ! thank you!

Does not taste like panda. They do not have shrimp on the menu. Couldn’t even eat half of it before I threw it out.

I absolutely like their food and customer service, fantastic location next to my house. The employees are always very nice. Will come visit again.

This location seems better-run and cleaner than when I last visited it some time ago (quite a while in fact). Not very authentic but better than many neighborhood Chinese take-out places, sorry to say. I like to think of it as a down-scale P.F. Chang's. I found the hot Szechuan chicken a bit too much for my stomach, but the new honey chicken was tasty. I also like their kung-pao chicken and Beijing beef. My main criticism of the place is that it is excessively loud; this is mostly stemming from the staff yelling, yodeling and otherwise bellowing for some reason unknown to me. Maybe it's to keep up their spirits. Add the clattering of pots, pans and woks and you have an earful. I went during a busy time so maybe it's more peaceful during off periods.

This location always has fast service and friendly staff. They also have a drive thru. Their food is always hot and fresh. If you are looking for genuine Chinese food this is probably not the place especially because there are tons of other places in the area. But it is a good value for the portion sizes and still pretty tasty. I tried their limited time hot chicken and was disappointed. For "fast food" there are some real healthy options on the menu like the beef and broccoli.

Why don't u hire people who speaks English get my simple order right. Waste of energy & time Or simply close you drive thru. When I get back home, I realized they gave something that I could not even eat. Didn't want to drive back up there on evening rush hour. If I ever go back I will never use drive thru or will double check my order completely before leaving.

I've always lived coming to this restaurant. And this was the first time!e that I've ever come to this particular location. I counted about 7 employees working behind the counter and this includes a couple who were cooking the food. At around 3:15pm there were probably about 15 guests eating inside the restaurant. There was no line when I ordered and I was helped quickly. I already knew what I wanted, which was the same thing that I have always ordered for the past 5 years. Beef and broccoli as the 2 entries, along with noodles. The portion was generous, however, the beef seemed to be below average. I found a couple pieces if beef with a lot of fat, so much so that I could barely chew it. Needless to say, I still managed to finish most everything on the plate!

I've been coming here for years and have never felt so disrespected at any food establishment. Monica was the one to scoop the meats that I wanted added to my meal. After I paid (with a different lady as the cashier) and sat down with my receipt, I had noticed I was accidentally charged for an extra shanghai beef for one of my plates instead of a beijing beef which does not have an upcharge. The other plate had both honey walnut shrimp and shanghai beef which I happily paid for just as I do every time I'm here. No big deal. I go to the register without interrupting the lady and the guest she was ringing up. Once she was done, she asked me what I needed and I explained very nicely. She got frustrated and said she was helping other customers and she would get to me when she could. MONICA walks up and asks what the problem is. I assume she used the word problem for lack of a better word, as I was not rude nor frustrated with them. I explained to Monica very kindly (as I work in the food industry myself) that I just accidentally got charged extra for something I did not get. All I expected was my 1.25 back. Instead, she asked to check my plates (even though SHE was the one that served me the Beijing beef her self!) I have never been SO INSULTED in my life. She then walks over to our table and asks us to open our plates. I ask for her name and the first thing she says is "ohhh we wrote SB on the box instead of Beijing which is why" (again, she's the one that wrote it on the box herself) She then offers me a side because, "it's just a dollar twenty five" Now, I would have gladly accepted the side rather than having her giving me my refund, but the fact that she was rude and accusing was so insulting that I didn't want Panda Express to have not another dollar of my money. I asked her for a refund of 1.25 yet again and she said AGAIN, "it's only a dollar twenty five" I work in the mosaic district and this was a lunch spot for myself and co workers. I will NEVER be back here again. Panda Express needs to do a much better job of training their employees. Especially in an area where there are so many better food options and employees who correct their mistakes, not ACCUSE their guests of LYING over "only a dollar twenty five" ! She also never once apologized. I would not recommend this place over anything!

I think they have a training class on "how to completely ignore customers." Every time I come here, their staff completely ignores my request and puts food I don't want on my plate. They speak english, so they understand. But they consistently ignore my request for no vegetables and put them on the plate anyway, as if they didn't hear me. They have clearly been trained to ignore customers. It's insulting for them to pretend they don't understand.
