March 2024. They remodeled the dining room of this Taco Bell again, there are no more booths by the window.
Recently they tried to saving money now by not giving you boxes and sorting your order. So in other words if you order a bunch of different meals he will be able to distinguish one from the other. This resulted in a lot of confusion on our last order. Especially with one being vegetarian!
The drive-thru at night is usually a long wait.
Ok I've been going to this one for a while but lately they are going downhill. On my last visit the bathroom was flooded from the urinal. And someone was talking about it when we showed up, so someone should have done something about it already. Not even a wet floor sign was posted!
The visit before that someone bought in a Chihuahua. Aww cute, maybe it was a service dog? No, no markings and I could skip over the unhealthy idea of an animal in a restaurant if the owner didn't sit there letting the dog lick the food off of the table! C'mon the employees saw this. They should have let the customer know this is against the health code, but then again if you let a urinal run over the floor, you probably don't care.
A remodel can't cover up bad management.
Parking: If you go here late at night and park, park on the left side of the building because the line to the drive thru gets long and will block you in on the side closer to Chili's.

The two Burrito Supremes were awesome as they always are, my personal favorite, and the service was great too, very intelligent and helpful young people who got me my food and on the way really quick.

I have been sitting in the drive thru of this Taco Bell for about 20 minutes. Was told to pull up and my order will be out shortly. After waiting and seeing other people receive their orders a worker comes out and asks if I’m waiting for a mobile order. Was the first car in the line but somehow they presumably either never started our order. It took them nearly 10 minutes to realize. (Finally received order) Wasn’t given any acknowledgment or apology for the incompetence (it wasn’t busy at all) the worker who exited as obviously to high to work properly

I got my credit card information stolen through the drive through!. I called my credit card immediately and canceled the card! I called the manager she seemed very uninterested didn’t bother to get my information. I also requested a call back that I still haven’t received.

I have to be honest, I never write reviews! And I'm surprised I'm writing this one! I haven't had Taco Bell in years. I tried the new Cantina Chicken Quesadilla and Cantina Chicken Burrito.I was blown away by how good it was! 10/10 recommend either of those. I also ordered the plain crunchy tacos and the Crunchwrap Supreme. Both were very fresh and still crunchy when I got home!

This location never provides what I ask for, and I have had multiple let downs with this location but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.. but today I have just had it. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with extra nacho cheese sauce and there was literally 0 nacho cheese in the burrito which made it very dry and unenjoyable. I also ordered a burrito supreme and removed red sauce and added guac and nacho cheese and the red sauce was still in the burrito and my add ons were not included. It’s very frustrating as these swaps and upgrades cost more per food item. Would not return this location and to top it off, the employees don’t even bother to say a word to you when you’re up at the window, very rude.

Just got 4 bean tacos , came home and all tacos had no beans . Inside the tacos Was only little lettuce and cheese . No hot sauce or any sauce was provided with the order either.
I was wondering how come it took them only 10 seconds to make my order .. did not realize till I was half way home already..

This branch is the worst. There's a high chance they're gonna mess up your order. My to go orders are always wrong and missing stuff. The employees are rude and will tend to ignore you.

Just order from here. Food was horrible didn’t even finish it had to throw it away. Order the cantina chicken bowl and chicken quesadilla and the food was cold and looked like it wasn’t even cooked . I just remembered why I don’t eat from here.
