Now Little Szechwan GoGo. I’ll start with a wonderful young waiter named Jordy. He was literally our guide for the meal at lunchtime. Although I don’t like to eat the fried noodles and duck sauce Americans love so much, there were none. When I asked about that Jordy said they were making them. They make them fresh! The soup broth is some of the best I’ve had, also made on premises. Many good and reasonable lunch choices. Jordy is so knowledgeable about chinese food in general. It was a lovely experience. They offer complementary ice cream for dessert. The pistachio has no food coloring and it actually has pistachios! Excellent all the way round.

When I first arrived to this restaurant I was impressed and I had high hopes for the food. Many people recommend it to me and I finally got around to getting to eat here. To start with the food. I ordered the chicken garlic plate and when I received it there was little to no flavor at all and I got no taste of garlic, just chicken that was very rubbery. Along with that I received a plethora of vegetables on my plate, when the menu doesn’t state anywhere that this dish comes with vegetables, which if that was known I would have modified my plate accordingly. Along with that the service was just not what I hoped for. I ran out of water quite quickly before my meal and the waitress kept staring at me and did not do anything to address my empty water cup after multiple attempts to bring her over to my table. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever consider returning here. Thank you and I hope this review helps you out if you are considering this place to eat. Simply don’t.

Just walked in to this place at 8:20, they advertise 9pm, open sign was illuminated. The place was empty and some kid listening to his AirPods refused to serve us. I asked him if he ever wanted me to come back again, he begrudgingly offered me take out.

Restaurants need to keep the hours they advertise, we drove 15 minutes to come in and they denied us, punishing us because their business was slow and the kid wanted to go home.

What a joke, place is probably on the verge of closing down, they should just be done with it and spare us.

He was also sassy. I wonder if the person paying the bills would be happy to know that some punk kid is turning away paying customers almost an hour before advertised closing time with the open sign still on.

Excellent, Five Star experience.
Service was very fast and attentive. Lunch specials were a very fair portion size. Not huge, but not small either. I had the sweet and sour chicken lunch special with pork fried rice and egg drop soup; $12.95. I was full and satisfied after the meal. Very hot and freshly made. Also as an appetizer, you get complimentary crackers and dipping sauce.
$27 and change for two + tip, drinking water.
Decor and atmosphere are average, nothing fancy.

My boyfriend and I really love this place! We’ve dined in a few times and just did take out and it’s always great. The food is always delicious and the staff is always so nice. For sure going to continuing eating here!

Me and my family came here and everything so so good. Our server was wonderful and the food was great! Me and my family had a great time and the food was cooked very well and even gave us extra rice. The waiter was very attentive and checked up on us constantly and refilled our water constantly.

When the original owners were there it was fabulous. Now it's become food I can't trust. Multiple closures poor phone and that is why we dont go anymore

I visited Little Szechuan in Little Silver NJ on 5/19/2024. I have been coming here with my family for the delicious food, wonderful people and lunch specials for over 20 years! However, new owner has taken over and I had a terrible experience on 5/19/2024 and previously since new owners. On Sunday 5/19/2024 I arrived around 1pm with my family and me. We sat down and tried to order lunch specials. The waiter says there is no lunch specials on Sundays. I wanted to ask, "Is this new?" but I said ok. I was thrown off guard by the information given to me as my family and I specifically comes here for the the lunch specials. We ended up staying and eating although we were not happy and ended up with an $80 bill!! Just a heads up, apparently there are no more lunch specials on Sundays and the prices have been raised. Customer Service is at its worse as my waiter's phone was ringing on loud as she was taking our order, and all the waiters were behind the main desk on the phones most of the time, giggling and not attentive to the customers. The waitress I had on more than one occasion does not have good hospitality and when you ask for something it seems like you are a bother. I wish they would have told me before sitting down about the "new" no lunch specials on certain days.

I love your food but the service Monday night was awful. The young man was amazing. The young girl was clomping around in boots. The boy just seemed to be more on his game in fact I tipped him also he needs to train her

We have been ordering for a few years and the food was always great. Past 2 times we ordered it has not been good. The food just isn’t right, tastes like burnt plastic. Also protein dishes don’t have much protein in them. Disappointing as it was always so good before!
