I have always had such great coffees here but today I bought a bag of new orlean coffee and came home only to find the package already open with a sticker to keep it closed…. I don’t know what that means and why I wasn’t made aware of this then and there. I trust rook and did not even check to make sure everything was okay. This makes me a little nervous- especially the lack of communication.

I'm addicted. But it is pretty pricey The staff is very friendly. I wish they offered 100 oz cold brew at location. It ends up costing more per oz than buying the bottles, which doesn't make sense to me.

I have to say, I absolutely love Rook New Orleans Iced Coffee, if you love real coffee that actually has taste you need to try this blend. The shop is great, it's connected to the train station. The staff is awesome! The only thing I hope Rook does is update their sipper cups because they do tend to leak around the lids. All in all ~ New Orleans is my favorite!!

Rook Coffee in the Little Silver Train station is a great start to my way morning. Just smelling the fresh roast beans while parking in the lot stirs the coffee juices and propells you to grab a coffee while you get you train ticket to NYC. It's a small shop but staff and patrons are friendly and courteous. I feel it's better than Starbucks..just my opinion.

I ordered a coffee but it wasn't ready by the time my train came. I called to let them know (not expecting anything) but promptly got a refund. 5 stars for the customer service.

First time here - nice people and good service. Coffee was OK - nothing special. Quite busy, but wait was short.

Great coffee shop in a historic train station. Beautiful architecture. Coffee was quick, reasonable and tasty. Would definitely go again. Would recommend for a commuter or a traveler or just a visitor that is in the area. Can even order ahead for pick up.
