I had higher expectations for this place. The food tasted like it was made with regular grocery store produce, and it didn't seem to be of high quality. It seemed like the kitchen was sourcing their produce from local stores like Shop Rite, rather than from specialized vendors.

this establishment relies on Instacart shoppers for delivering their kitchen produce, but it might be worth considering how they treat their delivery drivers. They do not tip and but always order bulky items. It would be great if they acknowledged the hard work of these individuals, especially when it comes to delivering heavy items.

Was looking for an alternative to Brennans Deli in Rumson and thought I’d try this place. Large selection of grab and go salads and sandwiches in a tiny storefront. They also sell Benchmark Breads. Turkey sandwich wrap with sprouts had great bread but was turkey roll and not fresh roasted turkey and avocados not quite ripe enough to be used yet. So that was a disappointment. Chinese chicken salad was decent but skimpy on chicken and was mostly lettuce. Not enticing enough to bring me back on a regular basis at $15 a pop.

Small little salad shop where you can find some different treats. I would stick with the salads and sandwiches. The chicken nugget things weren’t great. Too big and not enough crisp. The chicken caesar pasta salad was fine. The other premade salads looked fresh. I don’t know if I would go back.

I personally love to cook and am a connoisseur of good food. I am not a fan of fast food. If you're a fan of great salads and good home cooked food from a world renowned chef, I highly recommend the Blonde Shallot. There is a selection of great food that will satisfy every single member of the family. I'm very excited for the new location opening at the previous Joe Leone's on Washington Ave in Seagirt!

My favorite grab & go salad spot. Fresh ingredients, unique combinations, friendly staff. The shrimp codd salad, chicken milanse ,lettuce wraps & fresh sour dough bread are my go to items.
I can’t remember the name of the salad but it’s the one with the lemon vingerette dressing, I was worried it was going to be too lemony but holy moly was it good! I could drink the dressing by itself lol can’t wait to try other salads!
