Choosing to work with Ye Olde Pie Shoppe was an easy choice! Tom was very accommodating and made sure to go over all the details. Their cakes are all baked from scratch. We did a cake tasting and ended up going with a 3-tier strawberry shortcake with European buttercream. It not only tasted amazing but looked stunning as well! I highly recommend going with Ye Olde Pie Shoppe!

Eileen did a great job making my Nightmare before Christmas themed groom's cake for my wedding. Not only did the cake come out looking great, but it also tasted great as well. She was also very responsive to my questions during the cake design process. Everyone at my wedding loved the look of the cake and took a lot of photos of it. It really made the wedding reception all the more better and made for a great wedding memory.

The tasting at Ye Olde Pie Shoppe was my absolute favorite part of the wedding planning. I went with my mom and dad, and right away Eileen treated us like gold. She explained everything to us in detail, and then she brought up out the cake and icings. It was so difficult to choose, because everything was delicious. The cake was so delectable and the icings had so many flavors for all different taste palettes. We decided to go with vanilla cake with strawberry mousse with fresh strawberries, and traditional buttercream icing. It was absolutely delicious. We decided to go with a flower waterfall down the front to match our color scheme with different patterns for each tier. We brought our own cake topper, and she made it work for us. I can't wait to go back there for all of our special occasions! This is the best place for a cake in Monmouth county!!

We had the crumb cake and apple turnover which were both good. We warmed up the turnover in the microwave which def made it taate amazing. The crumb came was fluffy but would have liked more crumbs!
