I stopped at Bagelmania one day while in the area for an appointment and I almost wish I didn’t because now no other bagel can ever compare! Bagelmania has the BEST bagels I’ve had in the New York/New Jersey area, hands down. I never take the time to write reviews but I had to with this one, just to share how great these bagels are.

Had a simple onion bagel with two eggs and butter. And it was amazing. The bagel is baked perfectly on the outside and perfect texture on the inside. Coffee was very good. Great Bagel. In my opinion, better than most of the bagel shops around.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for years and often recommend them out to people. Google says that they close at 1:45. I put in an order at about 1:05-1:10 and got there at 1:20. By the time I got there, she was already locking up and I think it’s crazy to even accept orders if you’re not even willing to stay until the last order gets picked up when it has been confirmed by both parties via telephone and your closing time says 1:45. Upon leaving I mentioned what their closing time says via google and she responds with “it’s really 1:30”. Like I’m supposed to know that; how?I get that it’s a Saturday, but be mindful and considerate when you give verbal confirmation and give the go to people. I’m really irritated and disappointed cause I love this place.

Absolutely the best bagels and breakfast sandwiches around. I work in Hackensack and drive all the way across town to get my favorite Everything bagel, lightly toasted, insides scooped out - with scallion cream cheese!Back home in Rutherford, none of our bagel shoppes can create the same crunch by “lightly” toasting the bagel. Our otherwise Lyndhurst favorite bagel place always over-toasted the bagel AND the overall outcome including flavor is off.My colleagues and I love Bagelmania. Again, the breakfast sandwiches are excellent as well.Also the staff are courteous and on-the-ball… They keep things moving even when the wait can be long at times… Well worth it!
