Bought an ice cream cone and as I’m eating it I take a bite and turns out there is a whole rapper that goes around the cone on the inside. Also cone was old tasting. Workers were very nice though, nothing else negative.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The sign said they closed at 10pm and we got there at 9:30pm. I was waiting 10 minutes and then the lady tells me she is closed can’t help me. Then why was your door open? Do you just shut down your registers early? SMH. Poor customer service and terrible experience.

I just came to have some ice cream before 9 PM and we were told ice cream is closed even though it says 10 PM. You are loosing clients by doing this!!!

I had some black rubbery stuff in my drink. I want a full refund for my medium milkshake that I order. I had to throw the entire cup in the garbage. Never visiting again at this location.

Let me tell you about Xiomara at this establishment. Xiomara is a chaser who was trying to take my husbands order and was extremely rude to him while he was ordering. While she seemed disoriented or confused by what we were trying to order she was making accusations that he was having a bad day. All he wanted to do was order his coffee and order some ice cream. Unfortunately we walked out because here at this establishment it was not about the customer but about the disgruntled employee named Xiomara.
