Quick store front semi fast food. Friendly counter staff. Hot delicious food served fast. I took mine as takeout and the chicken was still hot when I got it home.
I ordered half and half boneless, very spicy and non-spicy, but it was not spicy and salty... It was a $43 menu that only had 'Cheetos', MSG, and salty. I don't think it was a good experience.It's hard to expect traditional Korean seasoned chicken.

I remember when Bonchon was just starting and was basically the only Korean fried chicken one would get. I’m so glad to have one near by to bring back that reminder. Every bite into the chicken just reminds me of those care-free days. The cashier was also very friendly and relatable! My social anxiety is already up to max, but when waiting for food and then to get calmed down due to the service? They got me there!

First of all, when I was ordering online for the first time, I couldn't order drinks, so I went and tried to pay with cash, but they said there was no change. I coolly kept the change. And the female employee told me that your order would be ready around 5:15, so I said I understood. And in the process of finishing paying for the drinks, another delivery order was placed in front of the counter and no one said anything. Of course I didn't know it was mine because they said it would be ready at 5:15. Then, after sitting for 5 to 10 minutes, he suddenly looked at me and said what I left on the counter was mine.They said they came. Hahaha please educate me. I've posted the order number, so you can call or email me.

The food quality has gone down. Can’t say about the other stores but this one in particular is not very good anymore. Seems like they changed the recipe.They no longer have Korean Fried Chicken, just regular fried chicken. Potstickers have little to no flavor and offered very little Katsu sauce for the Chicken Katsu. Ordered 2 Cokes and they might as well have been hot tea.Not worth it for the price. Better off ordering Chinese food next time.
I'm disappointed with the restaurant, I order through Doordash, my dasher was waiting for a while for my order for Doordash to call me and say that the restaurant gave the order incorrectly to another driver/person and canceled my order & gave me a refund !!! I don't care about getting the refund. I wanted the food ! The restaurant could've contacted me stating that they would make a new order for me but instead opted to just cancel with a refund!! I'm so disappointed

Love this place! I'm always ordering the Japchae or Bulgolgi, my two favorites. They recently got new containers that I adore and keep as they are reusable. The man at the register is always super sweet to me and I've never had a problem with service. If you have a sweet tooth, they have decent deserts and if you're craving bubble tea, you can go to their other owned store Mochinut! 10/10

Waited 45 minutes for plain wings. Cashier girl had a slight little attitude. Fried rice too sweet and oily. Food on the smelly side. I asked for a refund on the wings becaue after waiting 45 minutes, the order was still incomplete. I watched like 4 customers get their food before me. Won’t be going back.
