This place is being used as if it’s a Boston Market. 2 employees not wearing a uniform that says Boston Market One was eating a chicken 🍗 right on the counter. Soda Machine had sour orange soda. The door was filthy. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I have never experienced hell, but if I did, I would imagine it feels like my inner bowels after eating at this Boston Market location. Feces all over the men’s room that smelt similar to the mashed potatoes they served me. If you have any respect for your 5 senses, stay clear of this establishment

This place used to be wonderful, today I ordered from here in DoorDash and when I got my order I was livid. Everything was wrong, the sandwich I got was pure slop on bread, the Mac and cheese had zero flavor and I got a bottle of water instead of my drink! My mom went in to figure out what was going on and the manager was useless, not understanding a thing, not even language wise it was just that this person didn’t want to understand the situation. Never come to this place.

turkey ok meat loaf dry sides except for yams either sour ,dry ,or can't be eaten. whoever manages this place needs training on how to keep sides fresh & edible I threw away my sides due to sour taste! pot pie ok. guess I'll stick with KFC. Boston Market to expensive to throw in garbage can!!!!

My sweet potatoes had a Brillo pad piece inside and I almost choked when put in my mouth. When complained and showed worker she had no solution and was offered no compensation. There’s no way to complain online and store phone broken. I will never return here after reading what they did to employees and how they treat people. Food was tasteless and low quality not the same as the old chain food and restaurant was under staffed and dirty.

07/02/25 I haven't eaten Boston market since covid. The bathrooms are very very dirty, the women's bathroom have no paper towels and to make matters worse the men's bathroom no soap. All the tables are severely dirty the floors are dirty. ( Thank God I bring hand sanitizer and I washed my own table) When we went to order our food there were two women there the shorter one was severely rude. As far as the food goes the only thing that was good was the cornbread. The mashed potatoes were cold and bland and glue like and no salt and the roasted potatoes not a lick of salt and no seasoning. The chicken literally no salt, but had a hair. The mac and cheese had flavor but it was overcooked. I swear to God the corn look really old. And keep in mind I even told them I was severely excited I have not at at Boston market since covid and she looked at me like I killed her family, not even a thank you. I spent 47 bucks here. 3 hours later when I got home and decided to give the chicken to my dogs cuz it was so bland, I threw out the skin and the bones and what do I find a nice long hair I don't know how much more disgusting can this be.

I grew up enjoying the food from Boston Market but this specific location does not uphold the standard at all. The food is so bland and boring especially the sides (that Mac + Cheese was the worst tasting food ive ever had). I ordered the family meal and everything came in plastic containers which is strange considering i wanted to eat in. When i paid for the meal, they didnt even have a tray for me to take it to my table. I literally had to carry everything one food at a time…
This location needs a serious facelift across the board because they are deliberately serving food that is not the Boston Market quality for the sake of money. They are just cashing in on the logo. Shame on the owner and the operators of this location because they are really giving the Boston Market name a bad reputation.
Please save yourself the trouble and go to the other restaurants in the same plaza. They are family owned and care about the quality of their food.

Don't go here! This is my First time ordering from this location, because the one in Fairlawn closed. I ordered sides only and everything was disgusting!! The food does not taste like Boston Market! I couldn't believe it, the sweet potatoes were barely sweet, the spinach taste funny and the regular mash potatoes tasted like store brand boxed mash. It's unfortunate especially since a lot of Boston Markets have closed we are stuck with this bad one? Wish I had read the reviews because everyone has a similar story. I'm writing their corporate office.. (Yeah it's that bad) this location obviously isn't using Boston Market ingredients or recipes so they are basically stealing from customers and the business.

I went to there on Essex St, Lodi, NJ before they changed over to new management. A few times the corn was like biting into raw corn not cooked. The woman who worked there was so nice and willing to check the corn. Next time the corn was better and actually cooked. Now recently I went back this week in April and the corn was worse this time and to make it worse under this new management the chicken was way over cooked. It was burnt on the skin part and inside when I bit into the tiny drumstick it was over cooked and dry same with the thigh. The new person serving me was nice also but the other woman before the new management was more of a people person and very nice. Unfortunately this new one didn't pay attention to how long those chickens were cooking and to how little the corn was cooked. I didn't want to travel all the way back to show her this time. BTW I got the cut potatoes slices not mashed. At least this time the payment terminal for the charge card works. Though she did ask me if I had cash instead of using the card I said no I don't does the terminal work? I used the terminal. I won't be going back unless I have no other choice.
EDIT (9/20/23)I recently went back when the new management is now not so new and see a big difference with the corn now. It is cooked just right now. Sometimes the chicken is a little over cooked but I see an improvement with that too. Thank you for that.
