Ever since 2021, when BK declared that their foods is rid of preservatives, the food tastes better and is healthier, but is more expensive unfortunately due to to this reason and general inflation. Still, watch out for the saturated fat content that any beef based hamburger will provide, along with deep fried French fries that are notoriously unhealthy no matter where it comes from. I do gotta say, the chicken fries are unhealthy at any BK you'll go too, because it is fried in oil which is not at the fault of the people who get paid not that well to make it who are trying to survive. But it still tastes so good and you can expect this kinda stuff at place that uses a deep fryer. Fast food or not. And they got such great deals. Love you guys!

got rid of the impossible whopper at this location and regularly gets your order wrong even if you order through the app and it's right there to read. i hate leaving bad reviews, I could live with the mistakes if they didn't get rid of the impossible whopper.

do NOT go here i’m telling you take the time and go to a different one. i order a original chicken sandwich and fries last night late in the night around 2am. this morning i woke up SO sick. couldn’t get out of the bathroom it had me so sick my ears started ringing and i was going to pass out if my grandma wasn’t there to hold my head up for me! still feeling sick from it right now! i don’t know if it was back chicken or what but i feel if the chicken wasn’t bad then someone had to do something to it that’s how bad i felt!

Food and service wise, this Burger King is fine. However if you come here on a weekday around the time school gets out, be prepared to have your lunch ruined. These kids come in like they own the place, acting obnoxious, and disturbing the otherwise peaceful environment. The employees and management, in my experience, do nothing about it, and instead let the kids annoy the people who are simply trying to enjoy their lunch.

Ordered my burger with no pickles, asked the employee to make sure it has no pickles, she reassured me that they’re aren’t any pickles on it. I got home handed my husband his burger and guess what? Pickles! he hates pickles ?. I am very disappointed. It was a simple instruction.

Recently got into an hit and run accident at the parking lot by Burger King in Lodi. I was not in the car when the accident happened so I did not see who hit my car. The accident should’ve been caught by the security camera so I had requested the manager to help me obtain the footage of the accident and I can see the security camera outside is pointed directly at my car. The manager said she doesn’t have the access the camera so I left my phone number and accident details so the owner or other manager can reach out to me. A week goes by and I hear nothing back. I follow up to see if there was any information about the hit and run. The same manager was there so I asked if there was any detail. The owner did look at the camera (not sure to what extent) but didn’t bother to reach out to me. The owner saw some car that potentially could have hit my car but that was it. They didn’t give me any information of what kind of make, model, license plate, time, or anything. Didn’t bother to reach out to me. I simply asked for help and wouldn’t even respond to me. What a service.

I ordered a burger meal that came with onion rings and a drink. The missed 2 items on my order, when i came back they insisted that the didnt mess up when they did, to my surprise they literally TOOK BACK MY FRIES when they made the mistake! Who the hell asks for fries back?! WOULD NEVER RETURN!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
