Very very rude costumer service coming from the women handling the late night shift Dec 21, I wasn’t aware how the new online pickup works, so I drove up. When I get there this women opens her window and extremely rude starts talking back to me with a tone of me explaining myself for a simple mistake. Felt extremely uncomfortable with her and bothered by her terrible attitude and costumer service.

An answering machine clicked on
exactly like in the 1990’s.
This is a scary Burger King.

When I crave a burger, I usually choose Burger King. I’ve bought burgers from this location several times before, but each time the taste was disappointing. Still, I decided to give it another chance. When I opened Uber Eats and saw their “buy one, get one free” promotion, I decided to try again. I placed my order, picked it up, and went home. Unfortunately, the result was the same: the burgers tasted really bad. I took one bite from each and threw them away.
On top of that, the woman working there was extremely rude and inattentive. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. The negative experiences I’ve had here are no longer just bad luck—they’re the result of consistently poor quality standards. I will never visit this branch again.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, onion rings and a small soda. I was ordering at 12 pm and they should have had more than one person taking orders. Lots of lettuce (too much) and 1/2 slice of tomato. Onion rings were good. And the selection of soft drinks was great.

Went through the drive thru 4/5/25 about 2pm , there was a nasty lady with black hair, with glasses wearing a black hat that gave me an attitude after I told her that the drive thru mic was not working so I had to order at the window, this lady was so nasty she looked like she was maybe Colombian but she was very nasty, she has no type of customer service skills and needs to be re trained…SMH
