Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Garbage. Paid 70 for food and uber driver gets here with someone else’s order. 3 time it happens and when you call they don’t do anything if they even pick up.

Not only did I get a small because I saw the reviews were not great but here and there there were some good ones. I ended up having to move everything to the front of my sandwich because it was basically all cheese and ranch dressing and like maybe half of a scoop of chicken on there. I was completely disappointed so I ended up having half of a small size because there wasn't enough meat to cover the bread. They just douse it and ranch and cheese to cover up. Not putting on enough chicken. I got the chicken California small. Everyone in there looks like they are miserable and hate their jobs. And not only that, there's no need for five people to be behind the counter for this type of environment where there's like barely any foot traffic. I will not go back to this location again. My preferred location is in bergentown Center in Paramus, New Jersey. Not only that, they give you a number and they're supposed to call it out, but they're so quiet when they call it out. You don't know if it's your order or not so I had to sit down and open it to make sure it was my order because they didn't put the order number on the box.

I had a horrible experience. I ordered thru the website. When I got there, they said a lady from Uber already picked it up. I told the employee that I had set it for pick up and she just kept repeating that it was already picked up and that the person showed her the order number and same name. I showed her that it was for pick up and not delivery. On top of all that, the food was never even delivered. It was obvious they made a mistake and did not want to own up to it or fix it until I said to refund me the money.

Wow! You better order two of these. Look at the picture… no standards. Extremely cheap on the meat oh and everything else. Sad.

I ordered from Uber Eats. I spent $100 all my five sandwiches had no cheese in them. do not order from this establishment. Their service is bad. Also, I ordered cheese fries. They forgot to put the cheese. Never again and u shouldn’t either

I had a terrible experience ordering through DoorDash. I received what was essentially just a lettuce and tomato sandwich—barely any meat at all. It was extremely disappointing, and I’ll never be ordering from them again.

Simple order didn't get right over charged me then makes me wait while he figured out how to reimburse me. Ridiculous

I ordered from Uber eats because they had a buy one get one special. It was terrible. It looks like they split the amount of one sandwich across two the portion was so small they literally cut one slice of tomato in half when I asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes. It tasted awful and one of my items were missing. They got me with this special but I will never order from here again. A total waste of my money to the point that I actually threw it away and had to order something else for my kids to eat.

Don't be foooollledddd . The sandwich in the pictures is not correct. Repeat not correct. It is bait and switch. The real sandwich is a tiny little spec of nothing almost. It looks like kids meal sizing. Shrinkage all the way. Tiny tiny sandwich . I bought 2 full size subs and ate both of them because they deflated the sub and shrunk it. Also be mindfull all the amazing condiments on the posters are fake fake fake. Theirs no bacon it's all B'S.

Never going here again. Wow. Fool me once fool me twice fool me again!

Absolutely the best cheesesteaks anyone can eat, it always melts in my mouth and is a delight to eat. I suggest getting a normal Philly cheese steak and normal fries, ultimate fries are good too. Absolutely worth it.

Now I know why I've never been to Charlie's cheesesteaks. I gave it a try and while the food was editable , for the price of a regular Cheese Steak at $10 there was hardly anything in the sandwich. Jersey Mike's is double the size and so much better. Stay away. Horrible. And they're a whopping three tables in the establishment and the table was so sticky it's probably never been washed in weeks.
