Skimpichotle should be the new name! They will definitely give you less everything!! They give you seriously almost no meat and if you complain they add more but get ready to pay extra for adding of meat. In these times and economy they shouldn’t be doing this. Lost a customer. So please be aware when ordering at this location.

Food is good atmosphere is terrible. I stood there for ten minutes for someone to help me and I.said I'd like to order and two women looked.at each other there was only one customer in the store. I said one steak wrap to stay and.a coca.cola told.them what I wanted they put it in a.bad waited another 5.minutes to have someone take bottle.cap of the soda. Ruined my experience never again will I ever go there waste of time. Food was good but if you're there amost an hour total waiting and eating why bother. Fast food ? Its literally grab a wrap add ingredients and hand to the customer. We own a restaurant ourselves and this would never ever ever be acceptable with that staff.

bunch of loud obnoxious workers that act like monkeys on a playground. could not hold a conversation with my friend since i couldn’t hear because the workers were all laughing and talking very loudly. so unprofessional

The fact that there were 6 employees having a conversation in the kitchen while 1 served the food is downright insane, but thats not where the fun begins. With 20+ people in line with me, 7 employees (one actually doing their job), a chef literally picking his nose behind the stove, and barrage of profanity amongst the staff (all in spanish btw). I left with burrito colder than Elsa’s palace (I simply couldn't let this one go), 3 tacos tasting like seasoned cardboard, and a literal bowl of “Mexican” ice cream. Very upset with this establishment.

I arrived about 10 minutes after they opened and there was only one person working the line. There was one person behind me and I asked for a burrito.

The employee, Marielli according to the receipt, didn't hear the tortilla properly, so stiff it broke when she rolled it, but she continued to wrap it anyways. I asked for a drink and chips and guac. She handed me the chips and guac, charged me and left before the payment finished to take the next guest.

New employee came around asking me what I needed and I said my cup. She yells from the tortilla station that I didn't order a drink. I said I did but I'm not sure if she charged me because I never got a receipt. I didn't get charged and paid for a drink then.

Bad service, bad tortilla, maybe she was just having a bad day and maybe I should have said something during the roll, but all around a terrible experience.

What are we paying $14 for a burrito for?? They put more filling than protein, nobody knows how to make a burrito, you ask for extra chicken and they literally add 2 pieces. they have 6 workers doing a 2 person job. Seriously eating out isn’t even enjoyable anymore.

Went to this location and the were out of veggies , chicken and steak claiming to be a shortage. I settled for the carnitas because thats all they had and i believe it made me sick.

Chipotle… please explain something to me. How do I get 2 bowls, with the same exact things on it, at the same exact time, made by 2 separate people, and one looks it was made by Hercules and the other by a baby learning to use a spoon for the first time. $40 for ONLY HALF of my bowl to be filled. Fat phobic, prejudice, and down right skimpy activities happening here. Learn better, do better, be better. Chipotle please stop stealing from your valuable customers

I’ve had better experiences at other Chipotle locations, but this one really missed the mark. The steak was so dry, it felt like chewing on cardboard. Unfortunately, the meal didn’t just disappoint my taste buds—it also left me with a serious stomach issue. I’m talking about the kind of monster diarrhea that makes you rethink every food choice you've ever made. Not sure if it was the steak or something else, but this was an unpleasant experience. Won’t be coming back anytime soon. 😷

Horrible service and horrible food. I worked at Chipotle for almost 3 years and this is NOT the quality that gives Chipotle a good name. The food had both of us sick and in the bathroom for over a half an hour. I don’t know what they did to the food but I’ve never felt SICK from eating chipotle in my entire life and I’ve been to dozens of locations all in the Midwest to the east coast. The workers also only speak Spanish and hardly speak any English and there’s no one of English speaking to translate or assist non Spanish speaking customers. I was mischarged for 3 different items on my receipt and paid at least $4 more than I should have for what we ordered. The portion sizes were disappointing and not at all up to typical chipotle standards and the workers were rude and rushy. 0/10 and the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had in my life. This chipotle needs SHUT DOWN.

Edit- the whole location AND management here is a joke. The “owner” responding to my review with an expired link I can’t even access and no phone number or even their full name to be able to call the establishment and ask for them. So unprofessional.
