Workers are nice. Place is clean. They also give you good portions. If you see a long line it goes by very fast so there’s really no wait time.

Iv been to this location about a dozen times and its a solid 3 star location and I never felt I needed to leave a review due to it never standing out for good or bad it’s your average chipotle and depending on the day is wether you get a good or bad bowl or burrito with good or crappy portions. Today I walked in and was greeted by a very bright young man name Cesar! He was the only one working the service counter and was working both the servings and the register and he was moving as fast as he could while still maintaining the biggest smile ever and the bowls looked like little works of art. The portion control was very fair and when I asked him to make sure I got a solid serving of guac since I’m being charged he smiled and said no problem and he took care of it! This is what you want in your restaurant someone who is warm, welcoming, and happy to be there! If they treat this kid right and allow him to grow as a person and serve his customers faithfully this place is an easy 5 star location! So the location up until now has warned 3 stars but Cesar brings it to 5 stars! Without him this place isn’t anything to rave about. Hire more Cesar’s! Since they don’t wear name tags he’s a young man baby faced with glasses. If you go in there tell him about this review!

By far the worst serving of chicken I’ve had there was barely anything left in the tub of chicken and they try to tell me that it was a complete serving they gave me and ask for extra chicken barely got a cup full smh for 15.34$ unacceptable I think it’s time to start bringing lunch

Nobody behind the counter want to work they have attitudes serving ur food. They more worried about cleaning the tables then serving a line full of customers they also act like they do not speak or understand English. It might be convenient because it’s ur area but I rather drive to rt 4 for better service

Abysmal Service and Botched Orders
Last night, around 10:30 PM, my friends and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at your store. Despite being a super polite group, we were met with utterly horrible service from the employee with braids.
He completely botched my friend's order, and my own was just as bad. I asked for guacamole, which I never received, and he significantly skimped on the chicken in my order. His excuse for the missing guacamole was that they didn't have the rest of the ingredients, which was clearly false as I could see them in another section. There was absolutely no reason for such poor service. This employee's attitude and incompetence completely ruined our meal.

Imagine being hungry all day and looking forward to a delicious bowl from Chipotle and then having your hopes of a decent meal dashed because of the rudeness and laziness of the staff. My experience here was terrible. I walked in at 10:30pm knowing that this location closed at 11pm, so I thought I had made it in time for food. When I got to the counter to order, the male employee with the ridiculous looking short twists was visibly upset that people were still coming into the store to get food. He denied me the honey chipotle chicken saying they had none left. The very next person got honey chipotle chicken on their order. I was very upset. They got my order all wrong and had a terrible attitude the entire time. They had no ingredients left when I ordered but for the next couple of customers they brought out more. Give this guy some extra training because he needs it otherwise the service industry isn’t for him.

We entered the Chipotle store at 10:30 PM to buy a bowl and the store closes at 11:00 PM, but the service was terrible. Despite still having several customers in line, the employee with short cornrow hair didn’t want to bring out any more ingredients. On the other side of the line (possibly the to-go table), there still seemed to be plenty of ingredients, but it felt like he just didn’t want to serve us or do his job.
The main food line had no corn, no meat, and no lettuce. We were very disappointed with the experience. It felt like the staff had already given up for the night even though there was still 30 minutes left before closing. Overall, the service was poor and unwelcoming, especially for a store that was still open for another 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience.

This was my first time visiting this Chipotle, Saturday around 9:00 pm and it was my worst experience, there were about 5 customers, some already eating and I can tell you, the counter was disgusting, they don't clean, the tables were dirty, the soda and curterly are was disorganized and the trash was so full we couldn't even put anything in there. There was enough staff there. And I don't know if she was the supervisor, but they was she talks to the employees was very unprofessional. I could never come back to this store.

As a large consumer of chipotle, this was one of the worst establishments I have dined at. The employee who made my burrito was limiting the ingredients on purpose. He was on purpose not giving enough and this is highly unacceptable for the amount the burrito is charged for…then he proceeded to ask another employee to wrap up my burrito. If you don’t have the basic skills of making an entree at chipotle then you shouldn’t be allowed to serve customers. Highly dissatisfied and other customers in front and behind me also scolded the same employee for completely limiting their ingredients. It took a long time for the burrito to be prepped because the employee was specifically eye-ing out how much to include in the bowl. This location was also not clean at all on the inside and ingredients seemed outdated.
This location is an absolute joke! They are completely un organized and Understaffed. When it was finally my turn after waiting 15 minutes, I got the worst burrito ever, the girl wrapped it so bad and ripped half the tortilla, She didn’t care and continued to wrap my burrito. It wasn’t a burrito anymore at this point it was a burrito bowl without the bowl with a tortilla mashed in. This location needs a staff change and a change in manager.
