They honored an order I made several hours ago during my lunch break. I had made a mistake and ordered online to this location instead of the one near my workplace. The online support was of no help. I had to place a new order at the new location for them to refund my order for the old location. Unfortunately, I did not have time to wait for a new order and insisted on getting a refund, but to no avail. The support team suggested that my order would be there all day. So I went...

I have been to this particle Chipolte a few times now and overall it’s what to expect from your typical Chipolte but I did notice portions seem a little smaller than usual and even though I have been there when the line is short it seems to take a while to complete your order . They seem to be under staffed. I have seen the line out the door a few times as well . I’m not sure if the long line was result of the food or the slower service but I didn’t dare try to find out....

The food is quality and with research can meet sodium restricted diets. The service was poor. I had to ask for staff to ring me up and then complete my order by giving me the chips I paid for. They acted like doing this was inconveniencing them!
