I have eaten here a couple of tines and the food has always been good . I ordered the steak with rice and red beans which was delicious. I also got the Columbian guava/ cheese pastry which was not the best one I have ever tried it was a little dried out . The service was good and tip is included in check which sone people may not agree with this policy but I have no issue with it . I also have had in the past their grilled chicken sandwich which is big and excellent for the price...
To put it short, order for pickup and avoid dining in. The food is very good but the atmosphere and service leaves so much to be desired. There is never a welcome smile, word or even the slightest acknowledgment. It takes forever for someone to come to your table and if it’s one of their male staff they won’t so much as greet you but rather bark for you to tell them what you want. Overall service is also VERY slow, almost as if to force you to occupy the space so it looks...

I order the Ecuadorian menu Encebollado and Guatita.
the encebollado had a rich flavor but it needed a little more garnish on top and more seasonings on the side (ketchup, oil, mustard, lime)to resemble the traditional encebollado.
