I think I came here on the wrong day, the staff had quite possibly the worst attitudes ever. I’m almost positive one of the staff members was on tiktok live while making my food…. I got there at 12:00 and why did I walk out at 1:20 waiting on two snack wraps and an iced coffee. After waiting maybe 15 minutes I went to the counter and asked where my food was as people who had came in after me had received there’s. The cook said I have no history of your order and essentially claimed I was lying to her. The manager came over and said …. It’s right here. I was then Handed my food like I was the issue in this establishment. Yikes

Ordered a medium, iced coffee, black with caramel. What I received is probably the absolute most disgusting version I ever tasted. The coffee tasted water down. I go to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts. This one has the worst coffee. I don’t understand how they can mess up a simple, iced coffee, black with caramel. I didn’t realize how it tasted until I was already at work. It’s too late to go back, very bad.

the worst dunkin👎🏽 the owner of the franchise may consider close that store, they’re so nasty and poor customer service, I order a donut and you can believe it was a mosquito 🦟 over the donut , I order my coffe and it was with a long hair that was really disgusting 🤮 I’m just throw the coffe in the trash. Guys you have to improve the quality in the service is not just make the food and the drinks and thats all make sure food it’s in good condition before arrive to the customer.

Upon entering the establishment, we ascertained that it was unoccupied. While seated, an employee informed us that dogs were not permitted within the premises. Although it would have been preferable for them to have communicated this policy prior to our arrival or even before we commenced our meal, we acknowledge their decision. Nevertheless, we were in the midst of savoring our Dunkin’ Donuts, and there were no apparent indications of a pet-free policy or any other indication of discomfort.

Please be aware that you have the pet market store next to you and most of your clients are from pet market.

DO NOT USE CASH AT THIS LOCATION!! They will try to cheat you out of your change. I gave them $40 but they insisted I gave them $29 and refused to give me proper change until I asked them to check the CCTV footage. Food is ok but I suggest using credit card here to avoid this

Place is pretty good and food and employees are pretty decent except the manager. The manager displayed disrespect and having attitude. Their rude behavior and condescending attitude created a hostile work environment, making employees feel undervalued and demoralized. Sometimes the manager can be nice, but most of the time, she is rude and disrespectful, displaying a condescending attitude. Her inconsistent behavior leaves employees feeling uncertain and stressed. For us customers, it isn't a good display of her character when she behaves rudely and disrespectfully. Her inconsistent demeanor reflects poorly on the company's reputation and customer service.
