My experience is different every time at this dunkin which is unpleasant. There is no consistency in the way drinks are made or how service is given. Sometimes great, sometimes rudely.

The woman that helped me today was very nice. We spoke a few minutes. I thought she was very cool and should be given a raise or something nice. Did her job perfectly. Thumbs up to her!!!

My experience is different every time at this dunkin which is unpleasant. There is no consistency in the way drinks are made or how service is given. Sometimes great, sometimes horrible. When the manager lies to your face saying they stopped serving frozen mocha coffees when we ordered one literally the day before just to not remake our drink. Money doesn't grow on trees, get it together, make your customers happy.
