Orders incorrect daily.
Mobile app not activate when store is open.
Daily customer being met with the same daily mistakes from employees on the same orders.
One employee knows what he is doing and is friendly ( Muhammad).
Making complaints daily is even getting old.

I HATE HATE HATE getting to that point of aggravation & disgust, where I feel obligated to leave a poor review, but unfortunately, here we are and here goes...
This Dunkin is privately owned by an individual franchise owner, so UNFORTUNATELY there have been the same staff, food, and quality issues for YEARS! I used to live in this area and remember having DAILY issues with this store but6 completely forgot about them until recently, having moved back to a complex within walking distance. So, unfortunately for me, it's the easiest and most convenient way to get my morning coffee.
The problem is that there are issues EVERY SINGLE DAY WITH EVERY SINGLE ORDER! I spend between $25 to $50 daily at this location (ordering for myself, my husband, and my child) and the coffee is always watered down, employees always unfriendly and miserable, hash browns and food thrown into that air fryer oven ALWAYS BURNT! There has never been not 1 time where an entire order came back perfect.
If I order a Large Latte with extra pumps of caramel, whip cream and extra shot of espresso (all additions I pay extra money for) then it shouldn't come back barely tasting like coffee and have no sugar at all and they forgot the whip cream. just nobody has the time to turn back around on their commute to work when they realize the first thing they put in their body that day is completely wrong.
Just go to a different location if you want better quality, better service and no morning aggravation!

What can you understand from less ice well that women worker in there understand more ice, she handed me my drink i thought she only put ice in there then I realized there is a bit liquid in the cup. If you want your order to be right just order through the app and pick up because she doesn’t understand what you are saying.

Bacon is burnt as if they’re not paying attention to the food & apparently customers can jump ahead of you in line & when you speak up for yourself they laugh and make your order wrong. I work nearby and always come here, I most likely will not anymore. Poor Staff!!! Poor Service!!! & a manger should tell that young Arabic man to focus on the customers in the line instead of playing around!!

Worst of all time .. just came out of this outlet, and the lady out there was more interested in her mobile, and songs than anything else .. to top it, a lot of attitude too. I forgot to check her name before I can formally complaint. To the irony, there was no manager on duty as well. It took 25 minutes of waiting then to realize that she has one order to make. There was just another customer, that’s all … Hot coffee was made as iced coffee. Croissant was not available and she was keep pushing me to get something else though I said nothing as a replacement - four times !! It would never be my second visit there .. really pathetic. I never do review but can’t stop myself to get this experience out … really horrible, she thinks nothing is going to happen to anyone no matter what customer experiences. At the most they will just refund you … Wow, such attitude and customer service will never make Dunkin Donuts be proud ever …
