We don't have too many options for Japanese and Chinese fusion, but this has to be the best one within the Lodi area, in addition to a few neighboring towns.

I came here for lunch for the first time and I was greeted by the hostess. She sat me at a booth. Then waitress came shortly after and asked me what I wanted to drink, she took my order of hot tea.I got the drink and food menu and I was searching for the lunch menu and couldn't find it...I thought hmmm maybe they forgot. Then I decided to look it up on Google, and there it was!So I took a look and then found what I wanted... and when the waitress approached I told her I want to order lunch....she says no sorry because today's a holiday, Valentines Day we don't do lunch. Man I was heartbroken...lol here I am having business lunch by myself and not a night out w my wife expecting to pay lunch prices instead of dinner prices. So I ended up getting Beef Yaki Udon. It was quite sweet. But what I expected.

I am a regular at kaya, usually eating in the restaurant for a sushi or a bento box. My husband and I ordered takeout which was a big mistake. We live about 20 minutes from kaya and the staff had put the sushi in the same bag as the hot meals with no separation. After my husband ate his sushi he got wildly ill with stomach issues, it was horrible :( I'm not sure how long the food had been sitting there prior to us picking it up. My stomach was fine after I ate my hot meal, but after my husband ate his sushi he was not fine at all.

Working under extreme circumstances (at the time, this review is much delayed). The food and friendly service was great.

Unfortunately today will be our last day visiting this establishment because of the server named Wendy. She was extremely rude and walking away while I was mid sentence. I kindly called her back to tell her I would appreciate her not walking away before I was finished asking her for something. She then walked away again so at that point I told her we would not be dining there and would pay for our sodas. She was upset saying I would be paying for the food that had just come out that we did not touch and if not she would call the cops. I encouraged her to call the cops and I would wait for them. She refused to give me her name or the managers name. I asked the nice host what her name was and she told me the servers name was Wendy. We will never be back. Poor customer service.

Love the customer service and quality of food! The hibachi is always a great time and fun experience with loved ones! I have gone multiple times to the restaurants and never have had a bad experience.

Hidden gem in Lodi! My family and I really enjoyed this restaurant. Place is modern and clean inside. Beautiful bar and drinks were amazing! Highly recommend the hibachi. The meat is very tender, juicy, flavorful and not over saturated with salt. Service was attentive will definitely be back soon. Didn't get to take any pictures but will add the next time we go.

Chef mysteriously forgot to add 12 rolls of sushi to my order. I wonder if he ever considered the emptiness on the boat. First and last time. The fake reviews let me to believe there was a good sushi place in town. SadCoke was flat and food below average.
