The company I work for in Milwaukee WI was in the market for a new Lobster Tank and one of our owners wanted us to look into a Shellfish Spa. We started looking into companies, and came across Lobster Life Systems. Thomas (Owner) and Cody (Lead Salesmen) were nothing short of incredible explaining everything they could over the phone. After all we are based in Milwaukee WI and Lobster Life Systems is in New Jersey. Thomas shared with us that they would be at the NRA show in Chicago in a few weeks. We booked our tickets and made the trip down to see these units in person. During an incredibly busy show, Thomas and Cody showed us every in and out and went over both units from Top to Bottom in detail and answered any questions that we had. If you knew how busy this show was, you would understand how much of a feat that was in itself. Once returning from the show and talking it over as a company, we decided to order the L80 Lobster Tank and the Shellfish Spa. Thomas and Cody hand wrapped the units themselves and packed them with everything needed for set up once the units reached Milwaukee. We were given detailed shipment information regarding our units, and who would be transporting them, along with the arrival dates. For the install day, Thomas (Owner) was the one who showed up to set both units up. I was absolutely taken back. He arrived in Milwaukee Friday early afternoon and completely set up the L80 Lobster Tank and Shellfish Spa at on of our stores during a very busy Summer Friday night dinner rush, and did not leave until they were complete. THEN Thomas came back on Saturday morning to train myself and our entire staff on all the ins and outs of the units. He did not leave our store on Saturday until everything was perfect, and all associates felt comfortable with the process. Within a month of set up, naturally we had a few questions and small issues come up. I called Thomas at 5:30am and also at 8pm and he talked me through the solution and made sure we were good to go. Thomas and Cody from Lobster Life Systems are two classy fellas, who are very well versed in what they do. Their Customer Service is second to none. I would HIGHLY recommend Lobster Life to anyone or any company looking for a top tier Lobster Tank. Sincerely, a very happy Lobster Life customer for life!

The first pic is the street, the second is the downhill, these guys are awesome. Very thankful they work truckers if we can’t get down there. No overnight parking, keep your tandems as tight as possible. Be polite. They are closed from 12-1 for lunch. Very polite. It’s a very tight little Pickup… :) if you nose in, you can keep going down the hill (second pic) you can turn around at the bottom in the parking lot. Just take everything super close. Be slow and safe.

We do service on lobster tanks in upstate NY, PA and Ohio. These are some of the easiest tanks to service Changing a pump takes minutes and the tanks are so easy to clean by letting the water drop down.

Terribly designed. Terribly designed for many years. I’ve worked on lobster tanks for 22 years. Just left one of the newer cube tanks. I would have been better off rolling it off the dock into the dumpster. Biggest garbage I’ve seen in stores. Although, it could have potential if it was actually executed properly.If you you want real consulting on how to fix this product, maybe, maybe we could come to a agreement…….
