I think for a spot geared to health conscious people they can clean up their cheap unhealthy condiments ..(ketchup can be replaced by SIR KENSINGTONS brand for starters. )
Salt im not sure what it is but id bet its morton(not good) Protein powders are not the healthiest either.
Suggestion would be create a separate menu with quality ingredients ,staff is nice though
