I just met the sweetest, happiest person I think I have ever met. I didn’t get her name but she was working today September 14th at 5PM. Truly the sweetest girl!! Customer service- 100% GREAT!
Everything was great and then the phone rang. A very sweet and patient employee named Brittany took a call with an elderly, seemingly hard of hearing customer. She was so sweet in trying to be louder but watching her tone and not letting frustration show. I have worked in the service industry for over 30 years and this woman deserves a medal. And oh yeah if I didn’t mention, the food was amazing!
