Nino's Restaurant & Pizzeria

Rude Staff, after calling 3 times and being hung up on every time it’s un fathomable that a buisiness will conduct itself like this but I guess all is possible. Called in to pay for a patrons lunch who was celebrating his birthday and the person who answered the phone started going on and admitted to hanging up on me because he said what I was doing was nonsense.

You can be great at cooking, you can know all the recipes, as a buisiness owner communication goes above and and today they really showed a lack of respect and a lack of empathy and understanding which resulted in this review.

Please train your staff on communication with people because this is paramount to whatever you offer for food.

I have to say I’m disappointed. I’ve been going to ninos for some time now but I don’t think so anymore. Placed an order for pick up tonight. They forgot part of the order so had to go back to get it. Get home the second time and the fries are like wet and soggy and inedible. Called to let them know and they told me to tell them to make the fries well done next time…won’t be a next time…my 5 year old can cook fries better.

Tried the sandwiches, calzone, and pizza

All of those were good and the pizza but the sauce on the pizza could be better.

The cheese was good quality and tasted great but the sauce tasted like tomato sauce used in chalupas not on pizza. Surprisingly tasted better when pizza was cold though. Even with the sauce situation pizza was still good

This place fell SO FAR off. My family been coming here for YEARS but the quality is just not there anymore. They can’t even make an Italian sub correctly. Looks like it was made by a super lazy 12 year old. Asked for everything on it and they didn’t even put oil and vinegar which is like one of the most important parts of the sandwich. They clearly are putting people in there that just don’t care. The previous owners actually put love into the food. These people just want your money, they don’t care. Kept giving them chance after chance but this is the last time

Don’t come here at all! The food isn’t great, they don’t wear any gloves, who is to say they’re even sanitized properly and the owner is extremely rude! Save your money, they charge an arm and a leg and you’ll leave there saying you’ve had better. The previous owners were way better and nicer!

Ordered online and went to pick up the food. Food wasn’t ready within 40 minutes. As I waited for my order I didn’t see any employees wearing gloves ! The employees were touching everything with their bare hands. In addition, the salads were drenched with dressing and hot. Absolutely disgusting. LAST TIME I order from this place ever again. They need the Department of health to come and evaluate this business ASAP.

Food is terrible. I will never order from there again. Delivery guy wanted to fight with me because I didn’t give them $20 tip for $25 order. This place is disgusting. They don’t know how to communicate and their delivery people are from. I don’t know where.

Pasta sauce was extremely watery.

Been going to Nino's since I was a kid. It's the place I always go to get a slice when I go back to visit. I remember Nino when I was a a kid. He was always nice. Always service with a smile. Big on family. I remember his kids working there, & they did a great job too. ??He just put positivity & love into the atmosphere. It was easy to tell he loves his restaurant. It showed in the atmosphere & the food!

Food taste like trash! I got a gyro, nothing like a Greek gyro tasted horrible! French fries-tasteless. And pizza omg never again and the fried chicken wings need more flavor and salt. Never will buy again waste of $40 when I was really hungry at that!

Kid-friendliness: It's a fantastic place! The pizza there is absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The cozy atmosphere adds to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend trying their specialty pizzas, like the Sicilian slice. You won't be disappointed! ??

Calzones are amazing! Chicken and broccoli is the best one! Been eating here for 20+ years and will continue coming back ?
