As of today, I’ve visited this venue three times, and it never fails to disappoint. The service is consistently slow, and the food is just average and never enough. Each visit feels the same: you get a spoonful of food, and the servers spend most of their time walking around with pitchers, slowly refilling drinks. It takes forever for them to circle back to your table. Honestly, they should just leave the pitcher at the table to save everyone time. Today, the stove was broken. On my last visit, the omelet station caught on fire. During my first visit, something else was broken—I can’t even remember what it was anymore. Before my wife and I arrived today, I told her it probably wouldn’t be a pleasant experience—and unfortunately, I was right.

I hosted events constantly, the services are too slow for large crowds. I attend various events there and always they run out of something. It’s convenient to leave a pitcher at the table but instead you have to wait for the waiter make a complete round to get a refill. The lightning is not suitable.

My 1st time there and I absolutely loved it. The food is very good and. Breakfast and dinner available buffet style and the food was fresh. Didn't have belini bringing my fam thru.

I never give bad reviews however I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a company that caters to people and service a community.I paid for a service and due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to get my money back in full.I would understand 75% not 50% refund matter of fact I should’ve been given 100% due to the fact of a death in my family and the birth of my child.The owners are so incredibly selfish and I pray that they would never be in a circumstance that steals their money and take the food out of their children’s mouths.Honestly I would never recommend this business to anyone.I tried to support my own kind however it left a bad taste in my mouth and I have not received my refund to this day.Horrible customer service and technically I did not even sign a contract.I have to report this establishment,Unfortunately I’m still out of my money and I’m terribly disappointed in the company.May God Bless You All with my money that was stolen from me.No one in this earth gives away their money, and it’s obvious that the business does not have any value of money since I have not received my money back.

I will not recommend this place for catering . I went into an unexpected delivery and this place was catering my food for my shower. Due to my unexpected delivery I needed to change the date for the catering which my family contacted them weeks before hand. Finally they get back to me a week before tell me they can’t accommodate me and only refunding me 50% of my money back !
