By far, my favorite meal prep service! For reference, I have tried several. I use to order from Spartan years ago when I lived local. Once I moved, I tried out different places closer by and nothing compared. I took my chances, went on their website and saw they'd ship. So, that's exactly what we've been doing. We order weekly from Spartan and couldn't be happier. The flavor is amazing, the variety is wonderful. It's truly the best. The owner Carlos is an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

CROOKS. Do not order from this company unless you want to get SICK or you are okay with being SCAMMED. They sent me the wrong order (I ordered weight loss and they sent me maintenance), they did not send me the snacks that I paid for, and I got severe food poisoning from this food and had to be hospitalized. Of course - no one answered my emails, messages on their website, or calls after this incident. It’s truly a damn shame to run a business this way and steal people’s money.

I really love the concept of these meals. And i really really wanted this to work out because i feel like it’s very well balanced and they count all the macros , carbs , calories , etc. However i went to pick up from the Lodi location and to my surprise i was taken back by the way the kitchen looked. It wasn’t dirty but it also didn’t look that clean.
Secondly i noticed that the cheese that comes with my meal has mold in it. I can’t imagine what else may have mold , spoiled or rotten and i don’t know it. I am truly disgusted and don’t even want my other meals but we spent close to $150 for meals for the week.
Thirdly! The meals will say “snow peas” “green beans” some sort of vegetable and it won’t be included in the meal. That’s a rip off! I won’t be ordering from them anymore which is a bummer because this really saves us time on making food and money. But i can’t risk getting sick and/or being ripped off.

If I can leave 0 stars I would there customer service it’s horrible we had ordered meals first week 9 meals wrong called up he said next week will be free instead he sends wrong order again plus 9 that was messed up but more then half order came wrong sent so many wrong meals I couldent even fit in my fridge! He said he would refund us for now 18 meals said it’s processing that was over a week ago still never got no refund everytime call he said he put in the refund and not to worry well he doesn’t refund cheap company horrible business the guy sounds like a scammer don’t use this company bad buisness guy is a bully on the phone they are clueless over there since may 31st I’m waiting on a refund it’s now about to be July 1st scamming still waiting on money let’s see the guy who answers the phone try’s to get over on u I’m disputing all chargers never order from them

Very glad to of found this place through a coworker. A great variety of fresh meals made with real ingredients and no preservatives. Portions are perfect. Awesome choice for people who are looking for a specific diet. Two minutes in the microwave is all that's needed to prep the meals. Staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

I have been a customer for a while and the food is great. But the customer service is horrible. I placed an order for delivery on Saturday with a delivery date was Sunday. I was waiting all day for it and after 6p I decided to reach out. They respond by telling me they can't deliver my order and they will deliver it on Monday. They then tell me they had an emergency and couldn't deliver it until Tuesday. I fully understand and agreed to it. Come Tuesday they didn't deliver it and didn't even reach out to me. I'm not one to write bad reviews but after about 5 TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED than that was enough. This is no way to treat customers especially loyal customers.
