I generally love this place. However, I placed an order and needed to change it, but they wouldn't pick up the phone after 8 attempts to call. Extremely loyal customer, very disappointed. I understand they get very busy, but not being able to reach them, calling for 30 minutes, after already giving them my business and money, is unacceptable. Sad to say I will not be coming back.

i always get the same bagel and it NEVER disappoints. Fresh chewy soft flavorful bagels. Best bagel spot and I’ve tried many. Love how they cook their bacon crunchy and tasty. Go early cuz it does get packed! Try Everyrhing bagel w/Scallion cream cheese, bacon & tomatoes. TO DIE FOR!
