This venue was amazing overall, the day of the event they made sure everybody needs and my daughter was taken care of we had a blast and I can’t thank them enough the food was amazing the staff was amazing and Erica and Ryan was amazing as well they answer any questions I had an overall experience they made my daughter 17 party special

I honestly cannot thank you or your amazing staff enough for everything you all did to make our anniversary celebration a success.
The venue was perfect, the space had a beautiful ambiance that perfectly matched our theme. The food which I had concern about was absolutely delicious. Harry was incredibly accommodating and responsive to our request, making the whole experience seamless. Only issue was the bar, got 1 bar vs 2 as promised and the drinks were a bit weak. Other than that our guest had a great time.

Beautiful location ! Weddings are stressful as is and the service did not add upon that! Everyone pays very close attention to your wants and need. The food is phenomenally great !!! Guaranteed recommendations on my part !

I recently had my intimate wedding ceremony/reception here on 11/3 and it went better than I ever could have imagined. David was absolutely fantastic to work with from the moment we put our deposit down. I’m also so impressed by the food, in fact my guests are still raving about it. Don’t let the fact that the building from the outside looks outdated, fool you. We were in the Alessandra room and it’s beautiful in there. Again the food was fantastic and the service was absolutely incredible. You also can’t beat the prices!! I give the Elan 12/10 stars! I highly, highly recommend this venue for your next event! You won’t be disappointed.

The food was fantastic! the decorations were great and the attention and support was also appreciated. We had a great time and everything went smooth.

I had my wedding at the Elan this past Halloween and I cannot say enough good things about them.

The entire process was stress-free and they were flexible and worked with me on all of my little requests. I love how it's an all-in-one shop.

The night-of, the staff did every single little thing that crossed my mind, and so many more, that I didn't even think of - all without my having to ask. I was too busy chatting with guests and would remember something I forgot, only to glance over and see someone had already taken care of it. These guys are pros.

I decided to save money and do all the decorations myself, but with no experience in that area, I was concerned that they wouldn't come out very well. The staff helped rearrange things, and set the lighting so that everything looked prefect.

If there's something that can make your night more special, the staff will think of it and execute! Every single one of my expectations were exceeded.

Everyone I dealt with was amazing, but I want to particularly recognize Erika and Harry, with whom we worked the closest. They were so sweet and professional throughout the entire process.

We were originally attracted to this venue because their prices are so reasonable, but the experience we received was priceless. Don't waste your money at a place that will try to take advantage of you, go with the Elan instead.

I will certainly be using the Elan for any and all future events I need to host!

Had my daughter's sweet 16 at the Elan. Ericka and Harry were very kind and professional in their work, the entire staff was very friendly. The food was delicious. They are always with you in every moment of the party helping you with everything they can. It was an amazing party.

We love the Elan, great food, great service, ALWAYS! They were very helpful for our 75th Anniversary Event. They are always our go to catering facility! I highly recommend.

I have been a photographer for nearly 17 years; i have photographed weddings of all sorts, sizes, budgets, venues etc… and in those 17 years, i had never dealt with such a rude and condescending manager until I recently photographed a wedding at this venue. His tone, approach and delivery were rude and condescending specifically towards employees of the venue, and more so towards external vendors and contractors. The ONLY reason i was not equally as rude in response to his nasty behavior is because i did not want to ruin my client’s day. I held my tongue, and contained my anger and disappointment - knowing that i would eventually write this review. If you are a vendor/contractor, please do NOT accept anyone speak you in any way other than politely and professionally. He did try his poor approach with me, but I firmly and PROFESSIONALLY him know i was not the one. Do better! Do not let your position inflate your ego to the point where you lack professionalism. I can however, give a proper shoutout to Jordan, the person at the front desk, who truly behaved like the professional i expect when working these events.

My sister’s wedding was planned here.. it was beautiful staff was amazing on top of their jobs every twist and turn. My fav. Staff member was Jordan she was awesome thank for an experience that will last a lifetime time

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your venue. Unfortunately, our visit did not meet our expectations as we felt rushed due to an upcoming event. As a result, some of our belongings were mishandled, leading to the loss of items, including important clothes and a wallet.The way our belongings were treated left my team feeling upset and disappointed. Additionally, I have realized that I am now missing an envelope of gift cards that I intended to distribute. Overall, I felt that the situation could have been managed more responsibly, and I wanted to provide this feedback to help improve future experiences for your guests.
