If you want to deal with grown adults acting like tweens then go here. I’ve gone her couple times as soon as I go up to the intercom I hear giggling. I tell them my order which they get wrong 90% of the time. I ask for a chocolate donut they ask if I want sprinkles I say no and I go there just about everyday I still have a 80% chance of getting sprinkles. I even had one of the lady’s tell the other coworker why do you always get his order wrong. The worst part is when I tell them I want chocolate donut no sprinkles and I get to the window with no one in front of me no line and they ask me again what kind of donut that I just told them about 3 seconds ago.

Service isn’t that bad it could be worse .. but I always give this Dunkin a try and the benefit of the doubt about an ice coffee which is always made wrong !! Out of all the times I kept going , I kept giving them a try it’s always made wrong it’s simple Carmel cream sugar , is this hard ? .. never once did I have my order made correctly , not even busy or the rush to be made wrong .. def will never go back and I’m a faithful 20 dollar a day girl 🤦🏽♀️ for Dunkin coffee ..

I’ve had to stop coming here due to my drink always being wrong! “A large green tea with 1 pump of sugar” ITS NEVER RIGHT WHEN THEY MAKE IT !!!! They always make it with black tea and a crap ton of sugar And then they get mad when you tell them it’s wrong.
It’s not once not twice not three times it’s every time!
Please learn your products and train your employees to learn your products.

I don’t even know if my coffee taste good yet. I just came here to compliment the woman who is handing out the drinks at the drive-through. Today’s Friday the third and it’s like 945.She complimented me and gave me a high five and it literally just changed my entire mood. Wanted to shout her out as a fantastic employee and Dunkin- Get more like her!

I live in Swedesboro and I must say that this Dunkin' Donuts is the best Dunkin' Donuts. I go to different ones sometimes because I am not in the area and nothing ever compares. The food is always well prepared here fresh and the lady they have working the window during the mornings is by far the sweetest happiest person. She literally brightens my morning every time I pull up to the window and we do not see that very often nowadays from people. I am not sure of her name because I never asked but this lady needs a raise just for being so courteous.
