Y’all need more than 1 person working this location in the AM especially. It’s unfair to your staff. It’s the only Starbucks with in 30 mins. The lines are bound to be crazy. You gotta find a solution
As i was waiting in line to order, Debbie, the Starbucks employee was coming onto her shift. As she walked in and took her jacket off she greeted everyone waiting with a very warm hello, said it was great to see all of our faces (which made us all smile) and then told us all about the wonderful specials they had going on. She is a delight and i love her customer service!
The employees are great! The service is very good. The only reason I have not rated this location five stars is honestly because of Acme, not the Starbucks or the employees. The employees are actually Acme employees. In their (Acme) attempt to keep hours at a minimum they don't normally have enough people to service the amount of clientele coming through. So many times they will have only two people on staff, and while one is behind the counter struggling to keep up with...
