I just want to share my bad experience this morning at Dunkin’ Donuts in Long Valley, I understand that no one likes to have a job so early when all you want is to stay asleep a little longer in your bed, my husband and I went to get a Cafe Latte and they gave us a regular coffee, to which my husband went to complain and say PLEASE change it because it was not what we ordered, to which the gentlemen who attended said they would not do it because we ordered a regular coffee, according to them. We always order a cafe latte because that’s what we like, it wasn’t until I had to get out of the car and go to the counter upset to tell them that they better give me my money back because I was not going to pay and drink a coffee that I did not order! They acted in such a rude way! They are two older adults, I respect older people, but respect should come from both parties, Hey! You were not going to be left without coffee just to change it! I'm sure the owners themselves wouldn't have any problem helping customers, but as always, there are always those who think they own the business! If you want to start your day off on the wrong foot or just want to argue with someone, go to Dunkin' Donuts in Long Valley! Have a wonderful day!

Place stinks, they barely had any donuts on a Saturday morning and I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for them to tell me that. 6 employees and still a 20 minute wait. Inefficient and poorly managed…..it’s unfortunate.

I still don’t like the food but my daughter was so happy with the time spent at your restaurant; I will bring her back and please keep up the great service.

Use the App and your order will be disappointing. Was there on 9.4.22 for an app-ordered Latte, picked it up within 5 min of ordering and there was no foam and the cup was only half filled. Not the first time this happened. They are inconsistent and on top of all VERY UNFRIENDLY !!! Wished Headquarters would do something about this franchise. We asked to refresh the cup, not even for a replacement, and were sent on our way with nasty looks - unbelievable bad demeanor ! Go to Flanders or Chester and such experience does not happen....... Don't try the food, it's done with no passion for the client. Figure that one pays a good Buck for the drink and food and this is what one gets !
