Genuine Mexican vs the usual faux stuff. Funky atmosphere, great margaritas (order top shelf). The MOLCAJETE LA RIENDA is amazingly good and not to be missed - I could have it every day.
The food is delicious and the service is wonderful too. My dish had a modification I requested that they accidentally forgot about, but the lengths they went to resolve it, were SO impressive. Customer service like this does not exist. Amazing food, and an amazing team of people work here! I will continue to go here over and over again.
True mexican flavors, from the appetizers to the deserts. Delicious well made food.
Friendly staff in an old historic building. Food tends to be on milder side of the plate, but always well prepared and tasty
This place is so peaceful. Food is AMIZING. Definitely get the fajitas

We recently visited this charming restaurant while in the USA and were truly impressed. If you're seeking an **authentic Mexican dining experience**, this place is a must-visit. The flavors are genuine, making it a hidden gem worth discovering.
Kid-friendliness: The quesadilla and kids meal was nice.

Amazing food and service! Great spot to sit outside and enjoy the fall weather! Right off the Columbia Trail in town so it was a perfect spot for me and my fiance to stop on our bike ride!

I wish I could give a good review. Atmosphere dingy, dirty, with curtains falling down. Service was fine. Food was barely edible, with the exception of the chicken and shrimp fajitas. Although the “homemade” tortillas were tough and chewy. The sampler appetizer had no flavor and the salsa was so heavy handed with cilantro I could not eat it. My husband asked for enchilada sauce and received some kind of sauce that was oily and tasteless. So disappointing that we stopped and got food on our way home. We gave it a shot…

Finally getting around to reviewing La Rienda. This place is our go-to local place for enjoying a nice dinner outside. We have been here many times, and the only bad thing is when they are out of my favorite dish, the Pulike (a Guatemalan pork stew). My partner likes the Carne de Puerco and the margaritas, but everything we've tried has been good.

This place was awesome. It's got parking, in the back and outdoor seating in spring and summer. There are different restaurants around this restaurant so it's a little hard to find. It's worth it so don't give up.
