My burger came out extremely soggy, as if it got caught in the crossfire of a the dishwashing station or something 🤷 Did the associates wipe the counters with a wet rag then use those same hands right after to throw a burger together? Every time I go to this location the drive through associates are super dry and never seem to want to be there. Are customer service skills not a prerequisite for a customer-service-job there?

I came to this location today 10/17/25 at 6:30pm I went in and placed my special order with the guy at the counter. Not only did he listen to my entire request he followed it and made me feel like he didn't mind at all. I've been to a lot of fast food restaurants in the area and this is the first one where not only did they listen completely to my special order they executed it perfectly!! Very happy with the service and food I received!!

Was craving a Whopper jr. Bought 2 and they used Brioche buns for the sandwiches. Not the original sesame seed roll. Too much bread. It was horrible. Place wasn't friendly either.

Something has changed with the food 🤔 used to go more often. Always remember the smoke from the flame broiled burgers? Staff is always good went through drive thru
Very terrible with employees. They are very impatient and rude. And will basically ignore you for five minutes until taking your order. I would recommend going to McDonald or Colby’s on 38. This Burger King is awful.

Place sucks have been there several times to get lunch always gets the order wrong. Had to wait 20 minutes for my food. Workers did nothing but complain the whole time. Very very bad
