Worst fast food place ive been to in my life. Employees couldnt understand what i was saying because they did speak English. I ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken fries and they gave me a whopper with inion rings.

Very terrible with employees. They are very impatient and rude. And will basically ignore you for five minutes until taking your order. I would recommend going to McDonald or Colby’s on 38. This Burger King is awful.

Dishonest business practices. Watched two young boys go and order a meal to split between them. Paid with a five in their bills. The woman at the register told them they hadn't given her the five, and refused to give them the correct change.

Went there yesterday in drive thru and they shorted me a cheeseburger...I literally had to show my bag and receipt that I was missing my kid's plain cheeseburger and the guy (with some kind of obvious mental deficit) began to argue with me about it! Eventually, he gave me a plain double cheeseburger, but the fact he was arguing with me didn't sit well with me! IDC if he's been working there for yrs, he needs customer service training ASAP!

Went I come to this Burger King location at the Lumberton plaza! My entire family so happy with the service and greeting and special to these two manager Luis and caser who help us to save a lot of money

Waited 15 inside for food after paying for inside. And waited. Everyone laughing and carrying on. Absolutely ignored. After paying $25! Finally got my cold food. Never go to this establishment. Horrible service

The worst BK. The employees don’t want to do their job. I arrived to bk this morning for breakfast. I was greeted with an attitude “I’m the only one working right now so give me a min”. I said ok no problem. The employee came back on the microphone and asked to take my order. I tried to order 4 croissants and was told that “they had to make 6 other sandwiches and to give them a break”. I immediately left because why would i give my money and business to an establishment who don’t even train their employees on customer service.
