Ordered delivery. Delivery person left order on the opposite side of my porch where you can't see and never rang the doorbell as requested. Of course food was ice cold when I brought it inside . Food cost is very high and getting higher. Waste of time and money on this order

I literally cannot explain the way I feel about this place. Last night, I wanted to get something to eat, but I did not want to leave my home. I ordered a medium pizza with pineapple and ham, garlic bread, and a marbled cookie brownie. IT WAS TEEWWWWWW GOOOOOD!!! The way I was tracking my driver all the way to the DOOR! It was so good that I reheated the remaining pieces the next day. Ricardo you’re a king

Food is usually good, delivery either takes forever or is super quick no in-between. They always remember the sauce and soda. Oh, and be careful for one creepy delivery driver, an older white guy..he messaged my phone back after dropping off my food attempting to hit on the person who came to the door. It happened to be my 14 year old daughter.

Never ordering again. Horrible customer service, I called to let them know that my delivery driver went to the wrong house and ignored my simple delivery instructions, then when he came to the right house he forgot my drink and had to drive back to the store to get it. I don’t care if “mistakes happen” no apology was made by the person on the phone. The delivery person called me to apologized at least. But the guy that answered the phone didn’t take any accountability for the mistake made. He just was defensive and immediately wrote me off. Also called me ma’am when I’m definitely not a ma’am haha. That was pretty funny, the rest of what happened was ridiculous and I’m not wasting time ordering here.

This domino's location focuses WAAAYYY too much on speed and not enough on quality. They always rush, which never works in their favor, I'd rather wait an extra few minutes to ensure the food I'm paying for is at least cooked enough to eat, then get rushed food that I'm wasting money and time for. DO NOT ORDER THE WINGS! you have better luck grabbing a whole precooked rotisserie from Walmart for 5$. The wings were just barely cooked enough to not be pink, while soggy and just the worst chicken I've ever had. The chicken in most canned noodle soups, is better than what your going to receive here. All other foods are very iffy considering the constant rush to take it out of the oven. Try just about any other domino's. The most edible thing you'll find here is probably the deserts.

I recently placed an order through the Domino's app and opted for order tracking. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The tracker showed my order stuck on "prepping your order" from 5:45 to 6:30. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes and receiving no update, I decided to call the store to inquire about the delay. To my dismay, I was informed that my order had not even been started.Disappointed but still hopeful, I headed to the store to pick up my order, despite having pre-tipped for delivery. Upon arrival, I was disheartened to witness the food preparation process firsthand. The workers were handling all of the ingredients with their bare hands- no glove in sight. This lack of basic hygiene practices was concerning and definitely not what I expected from a reputable establishment like Domino's.

Pizza was ok as usual. However, customer service and delivery is awful. We placed an order at 5:25pm to be delivered at 6:30pm and at 6:55pm no pizza delivered. I called to ask and the kid on the phone said they were busy and my order probably was on the counter and should go out soon. I told him I ordered on the computer for a 6:30pm delivery and he said that the times are not accurate and only approximate. I asked when I could expect the pizza and he said it should go out soon. I informed him I placed a planned order because of a time crunch and he said I could cancel the pizza. Not great customer service and I do not recommend Lumberton Domino's Pizza Store because of their inept phone service and employees. I had to leave the house at 7:15pm with the children supposed to eat the pizza and the pizza still was not delivered for a 6:30 pm time from a 5:35pm order! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!!
