The morning crew’s always been a pleasure. I didn’t expect the evening crew to be the opposite. They’re not friendly and rush you because they’re on their phones with earpods in.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone barely speaks english. I had a problem with my App on my phone and it deleted all my points for my free coffee. I asked for help upon ordering and they just said "no, we cannot help you." Gave me a look like they did not believe me. I drove to another DD and they helped me right away no issues AT ALL! This DD needs to be trained on how to use the App and how to treat customers. I meen they are running the place?♀️ should'nt they all be trained on that and not just specific DD's??? ???♀️?♀️ its really not hard to just BE KIND. I recommend going to my hometowns DD (2371 Vincentown Columbus Rd, Southampton Township, NJ 08088) if in the area. Much nicer people here! ??

Wish i could give negative stars to this business. First and foremost rather than mixing my drink with a spoon, the guy was shaking my cup like a its a shaker ? Like what ? And above that in my iced coffee it was 80% ice !!!! What did i pay for ? A flavored ice cup ? Won’t be coming back ever for an iced coffee.

I stop at this Dunkin' from time to time when I'm in the area. The employees there have always been so nice and friendly. And the service there has always been surprisingly fast - I've never had to wait more than a few seconds for my order once I pull up to the drive thru window.
Parking: Huge parking lot, and it's nice and roomy - not tight like most of the parking lots.

I love this Dunkin so much but I’m super disappointed today with my coffee. I knew when the gentleman handed me the coffee the cup was so light, it wasn’t filled all the way . I was annoyed but just accepted it.
