I love this Dunkin and pass by most Saturdays as my toddler’s occupational therapist is 3 minutes away. They move the drive thru line very quickly with a smile, and they never mess up. My toddler’s glazed munchkins are always fresh and this is the only place I’ll occasionally get wake up wraps bc their food doesn’t taste like plastic. They’re cleaning their machines well, which isn’t something I can say for other locations. And, who doesn’t like getting greeted by a screen!

Not very friendly, but very clean. I got a green tea that was just disgusting. My brother got some food, and none of their microwave food looks good. Sorry, but way better, fast food places like the big wa store. Im sorry, but im just being honest. A hello n happy smiles would have at least be nice. As busy as that other store, they say hi

Iced latte with caramel was mostly milk with a little caramel and basically no espresso. Prices increased. Definitely not worth the money.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone barely speaks english. I had a problem with my App on my phone and it deleted all my points for my free coffee. I asked for help upon ordering and they just said "no, we cannot help you." Gave me a look like they did not believe me. I drove to another DD and they helped me right away no issues AT ALL! This DD needs to be trained on how to use the App and how to treat customers. I meen they are running the place?♀️ should'nt they all be trained on that and not just specific DD's??? ???♀️?♀️ its really not hard to just BE KIND. I recommend going to my hometowns DD (2371 Vincentown Columbus Rd, Southampton Township, NJ 08088) if in the area. Much nicer people here! ??

Wish i could give negative stars to this business. First and foremost rather than mixing my drink with a spoon, the guy was shaking my cup like a its a shaker ? Like what ? And above that in my iced coffee it was 80% ice !!!! What did i pay for ? A flavored ice cup ? Won’t be coming back ever for an iced coffee.
