I love this Dunkin so much but I’m super disappointed today with my coffee. I knew when the gentleman handed me the coffee the cup was so light, it wasn’t filled all the way . I was annoyed but just accepted it.
I order the same beverage latte most of the days and the last time they made mine with water! I complained they said that was like that ?

I love this Dunkin, the men in the morning always recognize me and remember my order which is very nice. I’m just upset because every single time the woman takes my order it’s wrong.She reads it back to me correctly but somehow it always wrong.No flavor shots, the wrong cold foam, etc.

I haven't been to Dunkin donuts for a wow so I was pleasantly surprised when I went here, it was all remodeled and spotless and my toasted almond coffee was so good..I ordered another one!! Delish!

Stopping for coffee before heading back to the hospital to get all some coffee, and can you believe this, 2 workers, one that can't understand you,rushes you and gets mad when she gives you the wrong drinks 3 times ., i ordered 5 drinks. 30 mins later she gets the drinks ready 2 needed to be remade, and she hands 6 drinks. I'm in a rush at this time and didn't revise til I was back at the hospital, that she made my ice coffee wrong also.I won't recommend ever, this dunkin donuts.The professional ethnic they showed was far more worse then a kid in preschool

I go to this Dunkin frequently as it's close to my job and it is definitely one of my favorites. They get the order PERFECT everytime even when I have a giant order for people at work. It's very clean inside, and all the stuff are friendly and courteous.
Sometimes my order is wrong at different locations but it's not the company it's the employee. Overall I love Dunkin and highly recommend using the App.Kid-friendliness: Always have something for a kid to enjoy n lobbies are always clean n set up safe.

This place ripped off EVERY customer ordering flavored coffee ie: lattes. They are taking your money but only giving you flavored milk.
