Very disappointed just walked in to ask for a small order to pick up later (yes we understand its busy) and you weren't very nice about trying to take our order. You didn't want to loose us as a customer but you did. Even the couple that left right before us thought the same thing as we chatted in the parking lot. Fortunately there are many other Philly Pretzel Factory stores in the area so maybe they might want our business instead.
Great customer service.
