Pretzel day was awesome. They were very busy but staff was very helpful on my order. Was not rushed and I was laughing with other customers saying how good this pretzel shop is. Everyone there was complimentary of this shop and didn't mind the line Definitely recommend this shop for parties and family gatherings. Trays are awesome with the variety dips. Most of all the staff and owner have always been exceptionally personable. This I personally find this important when doing business anywhere.

I travel all over southern NJ and SE PA and I stop by many Philly Pretzel Factory stores throughout this area on a weekly basis. The one in Lumberton Plaza, has always provided me and others with the best and consistent quality of products. The owner manager and staff have always been Phenomenal! They are always pleasant and so very help! My clients rave about the Pretzels! Thank you all!!

Went here and the place looked really clean. This location seems bigger and nicer than other ones I’ve been to. They offer ice cream which I don’t usually see at other ones as well. The staff was nice and they were fast and had what I wanted to order. This place is a good location.

They just aren’t the same an more. The size of the pretzel has been cut down dramatically. Its just not the same anymore. They still taste good but you are getting less bang for your buck for sure. Please bring back the full size pretzels!! We understand the cost. Just charge more for good quality pretzels people will pay the money.

Yummy pretzels, all reasonably priced. I stopped in with my son, picked up a row of pretzels, with a side of the cinnamon dip. This location also offers Hershey's ice cream - bonus!! Convenient location located in a shopping center.

They get one star! Not for the Pretzels, because they are GREAT! However the owner most have lost his mind making the decision not to open his store on Sundays until 10AM, come on now, Philly pretzels are for breakfast, not brunch.

Although the pretzels that they offered at the Lumberton location were as good as any of the other Philly Pretzel Factory locations I've visited, I was really disappointed with this location! This was the first location that I've recently visited that failed to offer self serve mustard to their customers. I was told that I could purchase mustard for an additional $ 0.50 - what a racket!
