The coffee was not fresh, but cost $3.75. The turkey/bacon/cheese sandwich was an insult. At 3pm (right after I ordered) I was told that I could not stay in the cafe, as it was closing. 3pm? Really? So I was told to eat and drink my coffee on the patio on a cold, windy 35 degree day? The blue haired, they/them working the counter was so fake for a tip. I contacted Starbucks corporate and basically was given AI attention. It looks like Wawa and Dunkin' Donuts are way above Starbucks. No wonder their earnings every quarter are negative.

Drinks are always made well here. Parking can be tight, if people are living in the parking space. Becareful when you pull in.

Disappointing experience at Starbucks. I ordered a triple espresso in a venti cup and got a cup filled with ice and barely any coffee. When I asked about it, the barista seemed unsure and said they could only add 3 shots of espresso and filled the cup with ice because it was 'too big' and the ice filled up the space. Um, wrong. I've ordered this drink before with no issues. Not impressed with the lack of knowledge and poor customer service. Reading the views it all makes sense as well.

I live in Pennsylvania, but I visit Starbucks a lot when visiting my boyfriend. So how they make their drinks are a bit different than my Starbucks at home but let me tell you I did not even complain about my drink, but the drive-through staff saw I kept looking at my drink. They asked what was wrong and that they can remake it!
I have studied here a few times, I recommend just meeting your friends with coffee here. It’s a bit small so if it has a few people in there, I can get loud.

I'm somewhat frustrated with Starbucks.. I consistently ordered the venti size, yet they always filled my cup halfway. They never filled it completely. I paid for a full cup, not just half.

I ordered a venti ice vanilla matcha latte and got this? Extremely disappointing. It’s never looked like this before.

The one review wasn't kidding about the homeless motel next door, creates a safety and security concern when theres people clearly not of their right mind just stumbling aimlessly around the parking lot and wandering right up to unattended vehicles, dunno what corporate was thinking when they built a store here.. there's really not enough room for one
Can't imagine being comfortable enough with the security of the lot to be able to sit down inside, feel bad for the employees having to leave their cars out there all day and having to regularly expect to interact with that, it's just inviting trouble
Employees were friendly and food was alright but it's not worth the hassle of traversing the tiny congested lot and speed bumps and people wandering around looking to become speedbumps

So I just happened to walk into the Lumberton location at 4:45 pm to cool off and get out of the sun of this fresh spring day. I sat and watched a barista put all the food that was on display into a plastic bag so I asked if it was getting thrown out, she said that it gets donated to somewhere in Philadelphia. Does this location not realized that right next door is a motel completely full of residents who are homeless? I asked if I could get a lemon loaf and was told that I need to purchase it. Wouldn't it make more sense for this location to help the community they are ACTUALLY a part of instead? I am one of the residents at said hotel so I would like an explanation. Please and thank you
