Sadly Yama is closed. A CVS Pharmacy is going in this location. Devastated as this was a regular spot for my daughters and I. And we need another CVS pharmacy about as bad an another Dunkin Donuts in this area.

I really used to enjoy this place, but it has taken a turn for the worst. I really enjoyed their all you can eat sushi lunch special, but after my last visit I was extremely disappointed. There were flies around the food, the sushi smelled super fishy, and it seemed like it had been laying out for hours. Service is eh; for such a small restaurant our waitstaff barely checked in on us. Definitely will not be going back.

Dont let the look from the outside fool you. The inside is comfortable, the food is fantastic, and the service is friendly. I would highly recommend anyone try this place if they're looking for a decent sit down meal at a fair price.

I gotta say on the outside you might hesitate to stop by, but the inside is very relaxing and comforting. I come here at least once every 2 weeks just because it's my favorite Japanese restaurant with amazing and authentic food. My usual is gyoza with chicken katsu don. As for the salad that comes with, you NEED to try their homemade ginger dressing.

I live in the area and have been going to this place for years. While the outside appearance might not be too impressive the food is always delicious and the vibe is very nice. It's pretty basic but i love their green salad and incredible roll. Consistent quality and the service is quick and friendly.

The chicken fried rice was okay; however, the king crab salad was not salad, the Philadelphia roll has my stomach killing me, and the seafood soup was salty broth with imitation crab and two shrimp. The sweet potato rolls were awesome though.
