This place is like you’re stepping back in time on every amazing level. The food is outstanding. I’ve never had a bad meal. It’s some of the same recipes from the start of this place. The atmosphere just brings you back to such a class of time. I absolutely love it. The staff is always on point and super friendly. You definitely need to make a reservation because this place is always packed, but you don’t feel overly crowded if you’re looking for a really good Italian...

Angelo's is my favorite restaurant in Bergen County and should be in Webster's definition of red sauce Jersey Italian joints.The bar has an integrated continuous cushioned armrest, a skilled and friendly bartender, and the ambience of a Scorsese film.The menu has all the classics with some quirks; i.e. the "meat sauce" has the asterisked disclaimer that it is not a bolognese (it's light enough to top a side pasta) and meatballs can be served with french...
