I ordered the Hibachi Bonzai Special. I had purchased a voucher through a Clipp magazine for $30 and used it for this purchase. The front person initially did not want to honor my voucher, but after some back and forth, the voucher was accepted. I had to pay a few extra bucks beyond the voucher amount, paid in cash, but the guy never gave me my change. Not a good look.

As for the food quality, I am relieved I didn't pay full price! I requested rare steak but received well-done. The shrimp were tiny, rubbery, and overcooked. There were only 5 (I counted) dry mushroom pieces. The meal included two 1 oz containers of super salty and tasteless sauces.

Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

The first time I tried this place was last month, and I have been here a few times since then. The sushi is incredible and flavorful. I definitely recommend the Salmon Tempura roll, it’s my favorite so far! The waitress is very attentive and friendly every time we have been here. I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely my number one favorite sushi spot now!

Waited 1 hour for 2 sushi orders ?, Worker then tells me the cook forgot to take out the mangos and they had to do the order over. I thought I was being pranked ?, then waited another 20mins.. Terrible customer service! Food is Mid,

2 sushi rolls and 1 shrimp fried rice should not take an hour cooked or not. You guys had one person dining in the restaurant that walked in with me, and he had a whole meal and was done before I even got my food. You guys need to be more clear next time about how long it would take, and I would have been fine with the wait. I do understand that people make mistakes but to say I hope I don’t make any is a bit odd. It’s about accountability the fact that you checked cameras and your arguing about 40 hour versus 1hr says a lot your business then me. A simple sorry would’ve been fine

Ive been coming to Banzai sushi for months now and every-time it’s ridiculously good. The fish quality is so good and I can tell the difference when I go to different sushi places. Every-time, this my go-to spot. Its a small place but so worth it!

In first place is really frustrating that you trying to know a restaurant, and you ask for the driver to give you a menu , “because on the web some combos don’t say what it is “.They answer I can’t give you a menu ?Then I place my order , when I was ready to give my credit card, someone told the poor lady to hang up , so I called a second time to pay the order , they hang up again , and I try a third to see what was going on , hang up again, my wife called and explained the situation and they hang up to , and I went again and she tried but again someone told her to hang up …It’s really bad they ignored people like this , without a reason to, I will go buy same place else unfortunately
