Best bagels in New Jersey!! Very good customer service! Really busy but still got my order didn’t have to wait long.

Today was the tip of the iceberg. Been coming to bob's for a while and the quality has been going downhill. Today though, we got a lox cream cheese on a plain bagel - probably like 5 pieces of salmon through the entire bagel. BEC seemed like less egg than usual ??? Severally disappointed. You cant raise your prices AND serve less.

I live right around the corner so unfortunately, this is the only place that I can stop at on my way to work before I hit the turnpike. There is always new faces in and out which means constant errors and slow slow workers. For example, today stood there waiting five minutes while two people were working with food. One was making a turkey sandwich and the other one was putting eggs on a griddle and I didn’t even see any slipped up on the wall other time I got charged almost 5 dollars for a hashbrowns to go on top of the breakfast sandwich. Find you a hash brown the size of a McDonald’s hash brown. I had to correct a girl because it should’ve been just under two dollars another time one of the workers could not figure out how to turn on the credit card machine. There is a Spanish lady that works there and if she is not there, expect your stuff to take forever and most likely come out wrong. It is not cheap there and you are not paying for speed I might start going out of my way to Rutherford and add 15 minutes to my commute just to go to the breakfast place by Brother’s hardware if they are open. I’ve complained before and they’ve offered a discount. I don’t want a discount. I just want my food right and done in a timely manner. Everybody wants a livable wage, but nobody wants to work.

I give this place a 5 star in every category. No matter how busy this place gets , the people working there always have smiles on their faces and are very friendly. This place is always busy no matter what time of day cause everything is just so good!! The bagels are the best I’ve ever had. I won’t go anywhere else. They’re doughy, and the bottom always has a slight crunch to it. They don’t over do it on the butter or cream cheese either. I have yet to try the other food they have there but this place is hands down the BEST bagels in JERSEY!!

The clerk at the front register was not customer friendly. Had questions about the menu and she had an attitude and didn’t want to be bothered. I don’t recommend and will not return.

They are going to loose a repeat customer for $1.10... I purchased a Roast Beef Sub with Lettuce Tomato and Mayo. I was charged $1.10 extra for Tomato. I thought the girl made a mistake, but it's not. I have purchased the same order two more times and each time they charged me $1.10 for the four slices of tomato on my sandwich. It's not about the money but I won't be going back I've never heard of a store charging extra for tomato on a sandwich.. and it's a shame because I like their food !!
