Like everything everywhere, prices have gone up but at Bob's Bagels the portions and attention to orders has gone down. Last week I ordered a pumpernickel with chicken salad and when I got home it was literally half the amount of chicken salad I usually get on the bagel. I don't mind paying a little more to get a good product, which theirs is .. very good. Then this week, I ordered a light sesame bagel with butter and got it home to find hardly any butter. This is not okay. I am hesitant to return because I do not think there is a concern for customer service is non-existent .. the girl always at the register has an attitude like she is bothered that customers show up. It's a shame because they have one of the best bagels around and the selection is excellent .. They always have enough of everything but cheaping out on portions is not the way to retain customers.

I used to go often with my family for breakfast, but the cashier's service is truly terrible. She has a bad attitude, she is very rude and ill-mannered with customers. They should improve their service. It was a bad experience. My family and friends, I have decided not to return.

I I have a concern. Every time I place an order they get it wrong. I ordered a toasted croissant with 2 pieces of bacon and one piece of American Cheese. I received a croissant not toasted with fried eggs, and 3 pieces of American Cheese. I don’t eat eggs. I went back politely asked if i could have my money back and the correct sandwich. The manager refused to make me a new sandwich because they gave me my money back . After I had to drive back all the way from home. They know it was their mistake because they looked at my order. They were horrible and treated me like I was wrong. Then to top it off I get home and my Husband’s sandwich was completely wrong too. I suggest you check your order before leaving the store. Better yet don’t waste your money and time… Go somewhere else for your Bagels and sandwiches.

When you tell them extra taylor ham and to mark the sandwich with extra; you make sure you double check.

Best strawberry cream cheese ever!!!!! The workers are friendly and my order is always made quickly - I drive out of my way for their flavored cream cheeses (especially the strawberry), seriously the best!

I just ordered French toast and a pbj lightly toasted. The French toast was soggy with one of them burnt, and my PBJ sandwich was just a butter and jelly sandwich.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The people who answer the phone to place an order are too rude and the worst thing is the attention they give you, this is not a free thing, you have to pay for what you are going to eat and on top of that they give you everything burned
