I give this place a 5 star in every category. No matter how busy this place gets , the people working there always have smiles on their faces and are very friendly. This place is always busy no matter what time of day cause everything is just so good!! The bagels are the best I’ve ever had. I won’t go anywhere else. They’re doughy, and the bottom always has a slight crunch to it. They don’t over do it on the butter or cream cheese either. I have yet to try the other food they have there but this place is hands down the BEST bagels in JERSEY!!

One Way Building Management
The clerk at the front register was not customer friendly. Had questions about the menu and she had an attitude and didn’t want to be bothered. I don’t recommend and will not return.
They are going to loose a repeat customer for $1.10... I purchased a Roast Beef Sub with Lettuce Tomato and Mayo. I was charged $1.10 extra for Tomato. I thought the girl made a mistake, but it's not. I have purchased the same order two more times and each time they charged me $1.10 for the four slices of tomato on my sandwich. It's not about the money but I won't be going back I've never heard of a store charging extra for tomato on a sandwich.. and it's a shame because I like their food !!

Food is fine... Service, ESPECIALLY phone service is incompetent... Slower day there, called my very small order in, as usual.. Go in to pick up and they have no clue what I'm talking about. So much for not being late for my morning. Why have someone answer phones if they can't do it.... Also had an issue about 10years ago that made me stop going there for a while... Was opening my cafe, so was going to use them for my everyday bagel delivery.... Were in talks for A MONTH planning it with them.... Then called them a day before my Grand Opening, and they said they do not deliver like that..... Then WHY TELL ME THAT for a month prior. Yea I can say I'm done with Bobby. ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽

They need to know they cannot charge a card fee on a debit card it’s a federal law . They need to fix it fast . So if you pay by debit make sure they don’t charge a fee
