I was very impressed with how the manager ran her shift and team. She was extremely attentive to every person she saw, even with the place being packed. She was sweet and friendly, but stern when it came to making sure everybody got their order on time. Give this woman a raise.

The staff here were unprofessional and dismissive. I was concerned by the apparent bias and lack of respect shown during my visit. It was clear that some customers were treated more favorably than others. One employee pushed my coffee toward me in a noticeably rude manner, then served the next customer politely, highlighting the difference in treatment. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects fair and respectful service.

I was waiting for my order and my mom ordered and he disappeared and went to the back, when he came back I told him you had a customer waiting for you but he step out he yelled at me and said I’m busy, After I got my order I told him I’m waiting for my mom ordered he began to yell at me

So where do I start. I went in to use my accumulated points to get a donut and use my husband's reward to get a large coffee. I had girl who was very nice scan the donut reward QR code.Then scanned the QR code from my husband to get large coffee. Which is cut and dry and simple, right. Well the owner or manager short stocky man interjected like I wasn't standing right there. Telling girl who was in training as per his conversation that was going on. NEVER accept a screen shot of a QR code because its FAKE and I was trying to get over! I said excuse me? Its obviously not FAKE because when it scanned it beeped and accepted to as a payment. And my husband and I share each other's point rewards. He proceeded to talk to girl with full staff of 8 or more behind him plus full room of customers that again it's FAKE again!! He looked at me and said he was going to cancel order and charge me! He already got paid through the 2 QR codes scanned and he wanted me to pay out of pocket again for same items which was a large coffee and ONE donut!! So if anything this MAN WAS ATTEMPTING TO BE THE THIEF!! Like double charging!! So while he tried to make me look bad in full store of employees and customers I was adorned with a Louis Vuitton bag and dressed very well ... he made him self look like a petty business man. He should think before reprimanding employees and treating a customer poorly . Very bad service by his stand point!! Even if I walked in wearing pj's and hair not done no customer should be treated this way!! I will NEVER ever come to this location ever again!!

This location was great a year ago. They changed hands and it has been disappointing ever since. The last few times, they skimped on ice which left me with no ice left in the drink after 30 minutes or so which is nuts. Espresso is always burnt. I suspect they are switching out espresso for regular drip coffee at times because it tastes watered down when I have ordered lattes.
This last time I ordered a refresher and the syrup had either been left out at room temp and open or something because it was completely rancid!
I am not one to leave reviews, especially on chains like Dunks but this location just needs to close.

There should be 0 as an option because that's what I would give this place. It is not run very efficiently at all. I pay for donuts and don't get them. Today I went in and asked for large caramel iced latte with an extra shot and I instead received a large iced latte with 1 shot. The Lynhurst police officer who came in after me got his drinks before me while I had to wait extra time for my incorrectly made drink and 2 donuts while the Lyndhurst police officer who came in after me went on his merry way while I waited for my expensive incorrectly made drink. When I came back on my lunch break with my incorrectly made drink and explained the situation to the lady who expedited the police officer’s order who had come in after me, she was not apologetic, understanding or kind. She was very rude to me. I only go to this place because it is close to work. I go here 2-3 times per week and you'd think at the very least they would be kind and respectful. I would not return to this place.

A truly mediocre Dunkin as all of them are. Per usual they will at some point mess up your order but make sure you cut the guy with the glass eye some slack. Otherwise, support a local cafe.
This Dunkin Donuts stands out!! With its Donuts! Their donuts are always fresh.!! I love ordering here. The donuts are soft and always freshly made. If you buy a donut from any other Dunkin’ Donuts and compare them you’ll see the differences even the frosting feels fresh. I’ve seen many bad reviews about the service and wait time, but trust me this place gets packed and is for a reason their donuts are delicious this is not your regular sitting all day stale donuts. If you’re looking for great customer service than go to a cafe where you will be serve at your table but if you want fresh delicious donuts I recommend this place 100%

Small Dunkin Donuts. Just order, get your stuff, and leave. Rude front counter ladies. They don't even say hi good morning or good afternoon when you walk in. They literally just give your stuff to you and don't even say anything. If your not white or Muslim, they treat you different....

Don't order the brisket breakfast bowl here. They make the egg mix with brisket that is a 1 brisket to 99 egg ratio. The tiny brisket I recived was also all fat.also there is barely 1 large egg scrambled. They fill the cup with potato's. Worse part is When I gave feedback they yelled at me and then ignored me. Nothing like the picture on the menu. DD HQ should audit this location for not providing the recommended ratios for this recipe.
