Ordered Meatballs and Mozzarella cheese to go. Get home and only got meatballs!! No mozzarella cheese! How do you mess up a simple order of 2 items??

My husband and I recently discovered this gem of a pizzeria, and we couldn't be happier! Their margarita pizza is absolutely delicious, we like it with pepperoni and the meatball Parm sandwiches are a must-try. The service is exceptional—everyone is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home.

The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall dining experience. Located conveniently in the mall by the ShopRite in Lyndhurst, there's always plenty of parking available.

What impresses us the most is the consistency of the food; every visit is just as good as the last. We’re thrilled to have found our new go-to spot for pizza in Lyndhurst. We love Gencarelli’s and the staff! 🥰🍕

Literally was just there right now and they have a giant party in the Room and a bunch of kids running around and we sat down and no one came over once to greet us or bring us water or anything I would give this place zero stars if I could I highly don’t recommend coming here. It’s like a Chuck E. Cheese.

Didn't even order once I see. The guy pick up 2 slices right after taking money from another costumer.. thats 1 THING I'M super big on.. was hands after a transaction with money then going to touch food

The food is good as well as the portions. Service was ok. BUT, mapping the floors while customers eat, with the strong detergent smell, was a ticket to get us out of there very fast.

This was our 1st time ordering from here and we ordered because we seen they had good reviews. But honestly it definitely was not worth the hype. We had calamari that was soggy and you can taste the freezer in it, it was not crunchy as if it had been fried and the marinara for the calamari had chunks of whole tomatoes in it which makes no sense because there's no way to pick up the tomatoes on the calamari. I will say the flavor of the marinara was good though. Our pizza was a plain pizza that was over cooked and had a bit of a burnt bottom. We also had garlic knots as well but they were pretty ok for the most part. Honestly i can't say that we will be ordering from here again, maybe it was just an off day for them. Also this was a delivery order not a diner in experience.

Good food, but they messed up my order and gave it to someone else. I had to wait there for a new dish to be made, only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5. I’ll try them again and update this review if necessary.
