The most friendly people I ever met...very respectful and greeted you when you first walked in. They asked you politely, what you want...I was there July 9th 2025 at 1:15pm 3 guys at the counter were chill..fast service..food was fresh..NYC city Jersey on Broadway in Washington Heights should learn from them..

I witnessed employee wipe the entire counter with a rag and then proceed to wipe the sandwich knife twice right after with the same rag!!!! Yuck! 🤮 if you do this in front of patrons what do you do in the back???

I am an Uber eats delivery driver I was there on 04/24/25 at 8:13 pm . I was picking up an order . Employee said wait please . After waiting for like 10 mins the order never got prepared . I had to cancel it I came back 10 mins later and order was still not prepared . He was taking care of customers and the order never even started .one employee was washing the floor while one was taking care of customers . This affects the drivers time to deliver and makes customers wait longer . Uber punishes the driver for lateness all because your employees can’t make the order on time .

Dylan, Ricky & Renzo hopefully I’m spelling their names right, they were the best trio of a staff that I’ve come across here in Jersey Mikes Lyndhurst location, as regular customer here I appreciate the amazing customer service they all give out kindness and great work ethic.. A very respectable, kind, hardworking, polite, employee at Jersey Mikes.
He greeted and welcomed me and my friends. Gave us recommendations and preferences based on what type of sandwiches we were in the mood for. His tone was very calm and he is very well mannered. Kept a professional conversation. Deserves to be noticed. A very respectful person and as he gave us our order he said enjoy your food. Our sandwiches our amazing! I’m just sour because I ordered 3 sandwiches online on a Saturday around noon, and an hour and a half later i still didn’t have my sandwiches. Thankfully grubhub eventually let me cancel and was able to refund.. Normally a fan of Jersey Mike’s but had a terrible experience with the Lyndhurst location.

PLEASE Please be careful with every bite. Just broke my tooth chewing on this piece of sharp metal. So glad I didn’t swallow this who knows what could’ve happened. Definitely need to bring this up with management.

Don’t order through the app. They will either mix up your order with someone else's or mess up your order completely. Actually just go to another location. If they can’t even get simple sandwiches orders right then they don’t deserve our money.

Worst Jersey Mike’s Ever!!!

I’m a Fan of Jersey Mike’s but this location is terrible! The workers never change their gloves. They are making your food and touching the cash register with the same gloves and pulling up their pants! It’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable! I chose not to get a sandwich there due to this fact! Maybe you can train your employees to change their gloves in between customers!

Due to a gluten intolerance, I’ve been on the hunt for places that carry gluten free bread when I’m on the go. Jersey Mike’s does and I was very happy with the service they provided. Since I don’t have celiac, I can handle a bit of cross contamination. However, the person making my sandwich asked if it was preference or allergy/celiac. He informed me that if it was allergy or celiac, he would pull out a new cutting board designated for this, new knives and gluten free designated foods. Like I said, since I can handle cross contamination, I was OK without the extra steps. It was refreshing to see that a quick on the go spot would have been able to make these accommodations. I sincerely appreciate the thought of the staff that day, and the ask.

Not only did I do a mobile order and waited the 15-20 mins. Once I went to pick it up I had to wait another 32 minutes for my sandwich!! 1 hour is insane… The wait wasn’t the issue I understand it can get busy but when I got my sandwich it was wrong. How disappointing place needs better management.
