I think the problem is that the food prep people are young (high school) and just honestly don’t know how to make a good sandwich. Let’s face it the incoming workforce of today does not have a clue. Hardly tuna on sandwiche in fact the end of sandwich had MAYBE a teaspoon worth, hardly any lettuce I had to tell the worker to please put more lettuce. I doubt I will return. Maybe the owners should have training sessions and a test afterwards. Just my observation and I’ve also asked other people I know (work with) they agreed! P. S if you door dash it is even way worse!

food wise no complaints at all, just service is a bit slow. Ordered via app and it stated should be ready by 12:05, i came in at 12:05 and they were still making my sandwich, and had two other customers in line. Overall - just know when the app says your order will be ready, likely not the case, but the food quality is really good, it was made exactly as i had asked and i enjoyed it!

I’ve been coming here since they opened never had a bad experience! I hate reading negative reviews, pushing people away from good business. Just left this location in Lynhurst at 8:45 PM 15 minutes before closing. They had everything I ordered and the young gentleman behind the counter, making my sandwiches was amazing. Dylan T remembered me from a previous visit and remembered the way I like my sandwich and who I was!! That goes along way in customer service and should be recognized. Hats off to the owner and Dylan T. Great job kid. Keep up the good work. I will always be a loyal customer.

I was so excited to order again at Jersey Mikes after our great experience the first time. But never going again, this white guy was angry for some reason slamming everything shaking his head and all I wanted to do was leave. Only for him to smush my sandwiches and piss me off. Still tipped $5 before realizing he smooshed my sandwiches. The other cashier who made one of my subs was nice, I hate he has to work with this guy. He did not smoosh the sub he made.

I ordered two #7 subs online to be delivered by Doordash. I asked for Swiss cheese instead of provolone on both sandwiches and I didn’t get it. The red pepper relish was mostly all seeds; several other locations I’ve been to all had NO seeds at all in their red pepper relish; I think it was made incorrectly. I didn’t enjoy the crunch of all the seeds…very disappointed.

this store really needs to get it together. they are so slow and usually mess up the orders. I was there today ordered my food the guy said it would be a few minutes and he would call me when it's ready 15 minutes later I ask about status of order and another worker is like oh it has been easy it is right on our counter. so now I have to bring home a cold"hot sub" and all the other employees said was oh our bad. I am surprised they are still in business. never ordering from there again. East Rutherford has their system down

This new guy with the beard sucks! I ordered a 7 he did everyones order before mine and i had to wait like 20 minutes for one sub. I asked for no pepper and he still gives me pepper ON TOP OF THAT he has no manners AT ALL never coming back again.

I’ve been going to this location for awhile. The last couple of visits I have noticed different employees and some of the old ones gone. The store seems to be dirty now and a lot more talking between employees. The line doesn’t move as organized as before. When Rossi and a few others were there the store was clean, organized, and the employees were more in tuned to what was going on. Just an observation

This is the worse location ever . They never have any bread . Not in the morning or evening . They open at 10 am even at 1 pm they’re closed due to them not having bread . Out of all the ingredients to run out of !
