I came to celebrate the birthdays of myself and my sister, so we bought tickets together for a total of four guests. As we were checking in, they asked me no less than ten times how many were in my party (my sister was still on the way). I said four. Nevertheless, they messed up seating arrangements and placed my sister in the table behind me instead of next to me like we paid for. We both bought queens royalty VIP, which apparently no longer seats you against the glass like it used to, which is the only reason I got this upgrade, and if I had known it wasn’t the glass row, I would’ve never wasted the money. When my sister checked in and they gave her and her husband the table behind us, and we tried to get it fixed, we were told that nothing could be done and we were out of luck unless we all wanted to sit in a non front row table. Absolutely atrocious. We spent roughly $400 dollars for this show (Queen's royalty and knighting package) and had to sit next to strangers. Not to mention, most of the staff seemed like they had no idea how to do their jobs or were completely condescending. The last time I was here was in 2018 and it seemed much more coordinated back then. I was looking forward to this for two months and my night was completely ruined. I won’t be back.

Fun experience of dinner and a show. The horses are spectacular and the knights put on a good show as well.

Been wanting to go here since I was a kid and I finally got to go.

I was not disappointed in the slightest with my experience. The staff was super awesome and friendly. The show and servers were extremely organized and helpful. The experience is most definitely all there and I would go back again.

The merch there is also very very cool.

I would highly recommend this for all families and groups, you will not be disappointed.

The food is decent. Good, but definitely not gourmet. And no silverware, very hands on. But the show is great.

A one-time experience: overstimulating, crowded, and morally-gripping at times but also exciting and accommodating.

TLDR: loud muzak, questionable animal treatment that the show would’ve been fine without, fun atmosphere, I about lost my voice screaming and laughing with my friends, 6.5/10

I went for a friend’s bachelor party with a group of friends who had also never experienced Medieval Times before and it was a nice excursion. The food was good (I heard the chicken was nicely seasoned, as a vegetarian, I was served a nice chili), our server was nice but seemed overwhelmed, and I enjoyed the food-and-a-show intention.

Some things I noticed: if you are a medieval history fan like myself, you may be both thrilled and disappointed by the lore. It’s set (loosely) in a medieval kingdom calling together major cities along the Camino de Santiago — interesting. They never address it, which is probably fine for normies or people just looking for a fun thing to do with a meal included. You CANNOT keep track of the loosely cobbled together story while eating, especially because there was simply too much other noise happening — trust me, I tried.

There’s loud Muzak with period-inaccurate midi instruments but what can you do…it’d be pretty cool if they hired actual period instrumentalists but…eh, whatever; no one but early musicians actually care.

The knights were fun and clearly great stunt actors: best part of the whole experience. They could have carried the show without the horses. I don’t know very much about horses and horse care but I was uncomfortable and had to look away for most of the horse bits early on; particularly the WAY too long dressage dance. I thought the falcon bit was super cool, especially since I’ve never seen a falcon up-close and personal like that!

I had a lot of fun at times, was extremely overstimulated at times, and will probably never do it again but…what a memorable experience!

Best chicken and tomato food accompanied with a great show. There is parking on the site and from the first moment you are immerse in your own medieval story where the staff makes you feel like royalty. Definitely a great experience

Many many years ago after watching cable guy I said to myself someday when I have kids im going here. Went last summer and it was great. Wanted to take my kids again this summer. Being a divorced dad with a bitter ex is tuff. She gave me the okay then 2 days later after booking she said no and no more trips with my kids. I was amazed with the customer service medieval times provided with this tuff situation. Just really blown away how accommodating they were. Really means alot and I hope to go again in the future and maybe someday long way down the road with my grandchildren

Sorry for blurry pictures! Great for celebrations or a family/friend event. My sister has taken me here twice and we love the whole idea of dinner and a show. All the employees here make this place! Well done for the dedication you all put for everyone! Food tasted great this day! Children under 3 are free but sit on your lap. Chairs are spacious so there was no problem. We had Ellie served us and she was so nice.
