First time ever coming here and the lady in the front immediately was rude and nasty. I thought it was just me, but as I sat on the side waiting for my order, another lady came to pick up her food. She asked for extra hot sauce and the worker began to talk to her crazy and give her attitude. To the point where the lady lady the food and left. She proceeded to yell in her language and throw things to her coworker. As I grabbed my food from the guy, I told him she needs to change her attitude bc I won't be back here. Damn shame because the good was actually decent.

Zero Star. Ordered 2 pan fried pork dumplings. Disgusting and the lady in the front seemed like she hates her job and hates to be there. Don't waste your money. It's more expensive than other chinese food. I chose to ignore the review it read and gave it a try. I wish I hadn't.

very upsetting experience all i asked for was a extra crispy bag of noodes for my soup. and they are charging me for it. for A customer that orders at least twice a week sometimes more for 10 years you're going to charge me $.60 I don't care about the $.60 I was getting a large soup anyway I just asked for extra bag of noodles. then I was proceeded to be put on hold while they okayed it by their manager, and was put on hold for at least five minutes. as a server in a restaurant for 30+ years the last thing I would bother my "Manager" with is a 50 Cent bag of noodles... I finally hung up. Unfortunately, it's time to find a new take out .. very upset over my treatment. to lose a customer over $.60 and put them on hold and never come back

Order 4 items total only got 2 items, even tho I repeated my order clearly to make sure i get everything i want. Same thing happened 3 times in a row..Lady on the phone super rude. Service quality went down, idk if they change owners or not but not gonna order here anymore, even food are pretty good.

This is by far the best Chinese food in Lyndhurst, NJ. The prices are reasonable, the food is well seasoned and fresh. Highly recommend.

First) Accessibility. I use an Electric Wheelchair was able to enter Restaurant after first repeatedly knocking on the store's Window. There was a person inside why ignored several requests to open door. After I finally entered. Went to the counter to order food. The Two that responded spoke poor English. I asked the cook for specific containers He told me I couldn't have what I requested. Specifically! I wanted containers that would be easily recycled. He told my no. I asked for a large amount of Rice, as I ordered 2-large meals. To say the least he was not courteous at all. Not nasty, but somewhat rude. He violated 2 business rules as to my being served. 1) The customer is always right, and 2) If the customer is ever wrong go back to rule 1. Didn't give sufficient condiments: Soy Sauce, and Duck Sauce. I went home, and ate. Food was a bit on the slimy, and otherwise poor in quality. The next day I went to have the remainder of the food. It tasted even worse, and looked bad also. I destroyed the remainder of the 2 meals. The Rice was OK, so I made a bit of a cereal adding Honey, and Whole Milk. My Chinese food was the worst meal of this type food I can remember. I do not recommend them to anyone at all.Wheelchair accessibility: You can't easily enter without help, and as I said before I almost didn't get in at all.

Ordered a chicken and broccoli. Honestly the chicken was NOT chicken. No chicken texture at all. Doesn't taste like chicken. It disintegrates in your mouth. I'm not sure what it is

I went to this Chinese restaurant to order take out. Placed my order and the food was ready on a very timely manner. Went in the car , had my soup and the egg roll which was very good but when I went for the food container it opened up and spilled everything in car and on the seat :( so I went back with the bag of spilled food) to order another one and pay for it but the guy behind the counter spoke to the woman there and told me to wait. After about 10/15 min he came back and gave me my complete order again ! I tried to explain that I ate the soup and the egg roll but he said it’s ok be careful and enjoy it !! How customer friendly and perfect service is that ?? I’m definitely going back and will spread the good word around ! Thank you Great Wall of China ! Your food is delicious !

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Don’t waste your money. Chicken was undercooked. Broccoli was old. Shrimp egg roll was very soggy! I don’t understand. The reviews are bad but I went against my gut and ordered this old, stale food! They didn’t provide a fork or napkins. They literally threw my food in a bag and drenched it in sauce. It was a waste of my money. I threw it out. Please save your money. It’s not worth it. I’m highly disappointed but I will not be going back there.
