It was very easy to work with Arlene and figure out what we wanted to move forward with, and they even offer delivery. I was really happy with the entire process, and even happier with how they turned out. 10/10!

I enlisted them for a Jurassic Park themed cake (my husband's favorite film) and I sent them an extremelyyy rough sketch of how I envisioned the cake. They took what I sent/provided them in terms of dino props and created a masterpiece. I couldn't believe how amazing it looked! My husband loved the cake SO much and so did all of our guests.

Ordered by son's birthday party cake and 2-dozen sugar cookies from Polkadot Cake Shop. The cake was fresh and I received many, many compliments especially on the Oreo cream filling. I let the cake sit out at room temp for about 5 hours before serving and it was perfect. My son was very happy. Cake and cookies were relatively expensive but the flavor and communication (all via email) was very good!

Wow best cupcakes ever! We got a bunch for our wedding & they were absolutely delicious & beautiful. There was nobody on the dance floor for 30mins after the cupcakes came out because people could not put them down. Our guests are still raving about them! From start to finish, the ordering & delivery process was seamless & easy. Couldn’t recommend Polkadot any higher!

I was initially impressed by the timeliness of Arlenes response to my enquiry and her communication skills. She immediately seemed to grasp my ideas and vision of the cake I had in mind for my husband's retirement party. I sent her photos and an idea of the cake style I had in mind and then I left her to her own creative juices. For this occasion it was important to me that the cake looked classy and not juvenile. Everyone especially my husband, was amazed at the cake! My husband was the star of his retirement party, but Arlene's cake definitely came in a close second. Her attention to detail and the decorations was incredible! Not only did its appearance far exceed my expectations, but it was also delicious ‐ so moist and tasty. I chose the vanilla sponge with raspberry sauce and lemon cream filling. I would highly recommend Polkadot Cake Shop to anyone searching for a unique cake. Thank you again Arlene!
